Delightful 1-Bedroom Private Suite in a New Home

Spacious and serene unit, located 15 mins drive from the airport, with easy access to the mountains and highway - Stoney Trail and DeerfootTrail.

The bed is so comfortable that the Marriott bed topper was not required by guests. Free wi-fi, TV, cable including sports channels, work table with executive chair and extendable monitors.

Private bathroom and extra space for sitting and dining. The home is beautifully landscaped and you have private entrance to the unit.

Guest access
There is ample street parking. The bus stop is just across the road, for easy access to downtown, Country Hills, Evanston, Cross Iron Mills Mall, and other places around.

Other things to note
Livingston is a master-planned community with vibrant street life, generous natural spaces, and a 35,000 sq ft community centre.

Please keep windows closed before going out because it could rain/snow while you are out.
Please let the exhaust fan in the bathroom run for @ 1 hour after showers. It helps to minimize condensation. Many thanks.
There is a small bottle of "POO-POURRI before-you-go" Toilet Spray in the bathroom. Please do not throw it away as I have refill for it.

Exceptional Stay

Paul was a great host. Always ready to help. Put some free goodies for us to eat and drink. Paul made sure that everything was clean and available. Place is great.

Fantastic place

I booked this place for my parents to stay here while they visited us. My parents loved how clean and very well equipped the home was, being that they are very picky and super clean people this was important. It had everything you needed and more. My parents also said the bed was comfortable, Internet was good and had no issues whatsoever. The home came with complimentary drinks and a bottle of wine! The owner, Paul was very kind, helpful and was always available when needed. I would definitely book again for my parents.
