With super-fast Wi-Fi you can enjoy your favourite programs on the 70-inch TV in the living room or on one of the 43-inch screens in each bedroom. Spectrum and Netflix are free to use.

Fully remodelled in 2022, this wonderful modern apartment contains everything you could want giving you the ultimate combination of modern, contemporary living in the tranquil paradise of the Isla Del Sol Golf & Yacht club resort.

If it’s beach time you like, the Isla del Sol beach is a 5-minute walk away and the world-famous St Pete Beach is just a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk. With St Pete Beach, Passé Grille and Fort Desoto Park all within a 10-minute drive this area gives you easy access to some of America’s finest beaches.

Just a 5-minute walk away you'll find a friendly boutique coffee shop, The Deck Bar and Grille, Sushi restaurant and a Subway. And for those feeling more energetic, there are plenty of options to walk or run around the island or over the bridge to St Pete Beach and the famous Don Cesar hotel for a coffee or lunch.

We took a vacation here on the Isla Del Sol in 2021 and we were bowled over by how beautiful the island is and how calm and tranquil it was. We loved the endless options for the beaches. We liked it so much we bought this condo and have completely modernised it to a very high standard. Firstly because we like modern and contemporary living and also because we know many others do too.

It is modern, bright and has all the accessories and comforts you need from the three large TVs down to something as small a coffee grinder.
