Fantastic Views of Boca Ciega Bay

Enjoy the magnificent views while relaxing on the private balcony of our waterfront condo located on Boca Ciega Bay! Viewing dramatic sunsets, watching the dolphins play, or just soaking up the Florida sunshine is the recipe for a relaxing vacation.
The condo, which is located on the 3rd floor (marina side of the complex), is minutes from many restaurants, shopping malls, St. Petersburg and Madeira Beaches, and John’s Pass Village. The Pinellas Bike Trail is located across the street, Tampa is 35 minutes away, and Sarasota is approximately a 1 hour drive. The area also provides a variety of golf courses for the golf enthusiast! Target, Walmart, and a Publix Supermarket are also minutes away.
Our 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominium, is equipped for comfort and style as it has just recently been furnished in September 2018. The bedroom has a king size bed, with a 32-inch mounted flat screen television with HD channels and DVD player.
The living room has a sofa, a chair and a half/loveseat, a 42-inch flat screen TV with premium cable channels, and a Blu-ray player for your entertainment. The living room TV is a smart TV. There is a pub style table, with two bar stools for dining.
The kitchen boasts a granite countertop, a full-size stove and oven, a new refrigerator, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. There is a dishwasher (purchased in 2025) and a unitized washer and dryer for laundry needs.
The condo has high speed Internet that can also be accessed at the pool. The resort offers an over-sized pool deck, pool, and jacuzzi that overlooks Long Bayou and Boca Ciega Bay. There is elevator access to all floors as well as stairs on either end of the complex. There are trash and recycling dumpsters at either end of the complex.

There is a small fitness center and library located on the first floor that may be used.
Doc Ford's restaurant, opened in December 2022, is next door within walking distance of the complex.

****We allow one dog (sorry, no cats) weighing no more than 20 lbs. Regardless of how well behaved the dog is, we charge a $75 pet fee. Failure to disclose any and all pets will result in the forfeiture of the entire damage deposit. Failure to "pick up" after your dog will result in a fine levied by the Board and will be deducted from your security deposit***********
