You can Relax at the heated pool and spa located directly on Boca Ciega Bay that has the feel of resort living. Condo is located walking distance from nice little restaurantes and only within minutes of the award-winning beaches of St Pete Beach, Fort De Soto and Pass A Grill Beach. Only 15 minutes to downtown St Petersburg where you can enjoy fine dining or casual restaurants, shopping, night clubs, museums and more !

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all used linens and towels on the bedroom floor.
Kitchen should be left tidy with all the dishes clean and put away. Open food items should be bagged and thrown away.
Furniture: Move all furniture to where it was at the beginning of your stay
Garbage: All trash should be bagged and placed in the trash chutes (Do not leave inside the condo)
Keys: Please put keys back on the lock box using the same code (1008) and send me a text to my cell 4078602429 to confirm
Check all windows and doors are locked and secure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
