Villa Citrus has a heated pool and is 500 metres from the sea, and is close to the lively Marina Rubicon and the extraordinary Playa de Papagayo beach. You can reach the centre of Playa Blanca with a nice walk along the seaside promenade.
The entire villa is on the ground floor, has three bedrooms with air conditioner and is an ideal place for families and couples to spend a fantastic holiday.

The villa was spacious with easy parking and had everything that was needed to make our stay a home from home, it was also close to amenities. The lovely heated pool was a bonus. The villa was in a quiet location and I would have no hesitation in recommending this property, we would have returned in January but unfortunately for us it was already fully booked.

We had a wonderful stay, the villa was beautiful, in a perfect location and lovely walk to the Marina. Minor issue dealt with very quickly by host. Fully recommend a stay here!

Excellent villa

Villa Citrus is in a quiet but well located spot near a supermarket and bus stop. The villa inside is large, comfortable and well equipped. The communication with the owners was excellent before and after.

Sehr schöne Villa mit alle Annehmlichkeiten . Super beheizten Pool . Die Villa befindet sich in eine auper Lage. Man wohnt in eine beruhigte Zone in eine Sackgasse. Für uns eine absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Perfect Location and a Perfect Host!

We wanted to come back to Playa Blanca, but this time we wanted to be closer to Marina Rubicon, and Villa Citrus certainly fits the bill. Communication with the owner was superb. The Villa is in a great location, only a 20 min gentle, scenic, coastal walk to the marina and it's vast array of high end restaurants and bars. You can shave a few minutes off the walk, but why would you? The coastal route is beautiful! The villa is in a quiet location, but with two supermarkets and a chemist just a few minutes walk away. We had a slight glitch on day two, but this was superbly handled by Suzanne, and the owner called me to make sure all was dealt with. I particularly loved the naya, where I could keep out of the sun, but plenty of space for Mrs S to keep in the sun! The villa is decorated beautifully and very well equipped. The hosts have taken a great deal of effort to ensure that guests have all of the amenities that they need. I could even watch West Ham on TV (we lost...again!). A wonderful, relaxing break and we didn't want to come home. For those that have not been, Playa Blanca is a great town, and can be lively in the evening, the Marina Rubicon area (close to the villa) is a little more up-market and caters for every taste. We love it and will be back, and the next time it will be Villa Citrus for sure. Thanks Ton for a great holiday and your very kind words. Neil & Tracy.

Fantastic villa

A fantastic villa. Very comfortable. Well furnished. Great Patio and furniture outside. Very near local supermarkets and some local bars and restaurants. Very convenient to Puerto Rubicon and Playa Blanca itself. Very close to Papagayo Beach

Fantastic stay

Great value for money, felt like home straight away. Very close to everything yet super quiet. We were concerned about how overlooked the villa was but we didn’t see a soul or hear anyone for the entire stay!

Excellent stay. 5 stars for everything.

We stayed in Playa Blanca in January 2023 and we walked around the area to see which villa we would like to stay in. We chose Villa Citrus as it is on a lovely quiet street. Only used by cars and other people in the neighbouring villas. Close proximity to the supermarket and local taverna. Within a 15 minute walk to the marina, 20 minute walk to the beach. Bus stop is 100 yards away. The villa gets the sun from 9am till 5pm. ( this is in January). The villa was home from home, catered for all our needs. We have had a lovely 4 weeks here. The owners Ton and Klaizen were excellent in replying promptly to any communication. Suzanne the manageress was very helpful too. I would definitely recommend staying in this villa 😊

3 SZ Villa mit eigenem beheizten Pool

Das Navi fand die Straße in diesem Neubaugebiet nicht. Problem, lange Sucherei, ABER: Agentur war erreiochbar und lotste uns durch die Pampa. Haus war gut eingerichtet, in sehr gutem Zustand, AC in jedem Zimmer, aber: im rechten SZ arbeitete sie nur schwach, im linken SZ arbeitete sie gut, stoppte aber immer nach 2 Stunden - warum? Küche war top, Mikrowelle war da, Bedienungsanleitung wäre hilfreich. Waschmaschine stand draußen im kleinen Hof - alles ok. Pool ist ca 3x5 m, rechteckig mit Solarplane (hält die Wärme). Wurde beheizt durch Luft-Wärme-Pumpe (tagsüber per Zeit- schaltnuhr / nicht verstellbar). Bei Erreichen von 26 Grad C pausierte das Gerät, bnid das Wasser abgekühlt war, d.h. wärmer konnte das Wasser nicht werden (war auch nicht einstellbar, auch nicht mit Zuzahlung - schade!). Fußläufig ist Super-Dino (Markt) 7 Tage die Woche bis 22.00 geöffnet. --- Insgesamt hat es uns gefallen, obwohl es recht teuer war für uns Drei. Verwalterin war nett und hilfsbereit. Danke!

Belle maison très confortable au coeur de Playa Blanca

Très jolie location dans un quartier très calme de Playa Blanca. La piscine est très agréable et la maison bien équipée. La climatisation apporte un vrai confort. Un petit supermarché se trouve à 5mn à pied. Depuis la location, la plage de Papagayo paradisiaque se trouve à 10mn en voiture, plage qu’il est aussi possible de rejoindre à pied. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions offertes en début de séjour, la communication avec les propriétaires ,Tom et Klazien et l’accueil de Suzanne qui a géré sur place notre installation. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

My 60th Birthday in Lanzarote

We had a lovely 10 days in Villa Citrus, celebrating my 60th Birthday! The Villa was beautiful, peaceful and tranquil, just what we were hoping for! The manager Suzanne was friendly and easily contacted, when the pool needed topping up, this was sorted within the hour by Carlos the handyman. The area was lovely, 2 supermarkets and cafe/bars within minutes of the property! Marina and Playa Blanca were easily reached. Ton was easily reached by email, and we received reply promptly! I would definitely recommend this Villa.

Fabulous Villa

My wife and I stayed at Villa Citrus for a fortnight’s holiday in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote in June 2023 and we enjoyed a fantastic holiday. Villa Citrus is a very comfortable and well equipped villa with fabulous outside space, especially the patio area, which is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing poolside and for outside dining. The booking process and communication with Ton and Klazien was fast, efficient and friendly. The property manager, Suzanne, arranged airport transfers prior to our holiday and she visited us at Villa Citrus on the morning after our arrival. Suzanne provided us with very useful information about the local bus service, excursions and the ferry to Fuerteventura. Villa Citrus is situated in a quiet and peaceful location, yet is only a few minutes walk from two well-stocked supermarkets. It is a leisurely ten to fifteen minute stroll along the promenade to the wonderful Marina Rubican, which has bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. It is a further ten to fifteen minute stroll along the promenade to the busier area of Playa Blanca, where there are many more bars, restaurants and shops. If you prefer a shorter walk, the excellent Alfie’s Bar & Kitchen is about a five minute walk away. Villa is only about 100 metres from the bus stop for the number 30 bus, which travels all around Playa Blanca. We would thoroughly recommend Villa Citrus and we thank Ton, Klazien and Suzanne for their hospitality. We very much hope to return.
