Perched on a cliff edge overlooking the Atlantic ocean & Rossnowlagh beach, the newly renovated Cliff house offers a spacious haven split across three levels. Now featuring 7 bedrooms - all with their own bathroom, breathtaking ocean views, a tennis/basketball court, a separate entertainment room with traditional stone pizza oven, open fire and outdoor kitchen, this is the perfect place to unwind for families and large groups, as you watch the sun setting over the Atlantic Ocean.

What's New for 2026!

We are currently busy with renovations and we are excited to reopen our doors on the 1st June 2026!

★ Our King Bedroom is undergoing a complete transformation and extension which will soon offer a Superking bed with panoramic ocean views, a walk in wardrobe, ensuite, seating and balcony area
★ Originally a 6 bedroom house, we will now offer 7 bedrooms, 6 of which will be with their own ensuite and the 7th bedroom will have it's own bathroom next door
★ We will now offer a King bedroom with Shower ensuite on the ground floor which is perfect for those with mobility restrictions
★ The main house will sleep up to 14 persons across 7 bedrooms and the bed configuration is as follows:

First Floor
1 SuperKing bedroom with Shower ensuite
1 Twin Bedroom with Shower ensuite
1 King Bedroom with Shower ensuite

Ground Floor
1 King Bedroom with Shower Ensuite

Basement
3 Double Bedrooms, one with bath ensuite, one with a shower ensuite and one with a shower room next door to the bedroom.

Along with Cliff House, we will also be offering 'CLIFF LODGE' to those who wish to host a larger group. Cliff Lodge is a self contained 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom lodge that can sleep up to a further 6 persons. It features an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with amazing sea reviews. The bed configuration for the lodge is 1 King bedroom with ensuite and another room with a bunk bed that features a double and single bed and another single bed, along with its own ensuite. If you wish to book the lodge alongside the main house, we have a separate listing on Airbnb for you to book!

★ We also offer two seating areas in our open plan space, one with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean & the other with a wood burning stove and Smart TV
★ Our reading room offers stylish and comfortable furnishings & a rustic open fire - perfect for relaxing with a book on colder evenings
★ The house also features a combo Washing machine & dryer in the utility room on the lower ground floor- ideal for those longer stays
★ We have a sizable wet room with a walk in shower and WC on the lower ground floor beside the back door entrance
★ Our fully equipped games room on the lower ground floor is equipped with a pool table, dart board, board games and a Smart TV - perfect for keeping younger guests entertained!
★ We have a large, private outdoor all-weather pitch which is available for your use and can be set up for tennis, basketball or football. We have rackets and balls available for your use which are stored in the games room.
★ There is also a door off the games room to our private garden & patio area with an outdoor shower overlooking the beach - perfect for washing the sand off after a walk or swim!
★ Our Pizza Hut & Entertainment room can be accessed via the lower ground floor or through gates at the front entrance of the house - this room offers a traditional stone Pizza oven, a fully equipped kitchen with sink, fridge freezer, Bosch coffee machine, crockery and cutlery, an open fire and plenty of comfortable seating. Our surround sound system & LED lighting make this the ideal entertainment space! Our bifold doors can also be opened up in finer weather to further enjoy the amazing views!

Guest Access

The property is fitted with a lockbox so you can come and go at your own
leisure. You will be sent check in information a day prior to arrival and we are on hand to help with any questions you may have.

★ We do not allow pets.
★ Booking of Cliff lodge cannot be booked separately to the house
