Welcome to VL5, an elegant Athenian apartment located on Aghios Konstantinos Square.

This spacious home features:
• Two bedrooms with king-size beds (can be configured as singles)
• Two bathrooms
• A comfortable living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen
An additional guest can sleep on the large 2-metre sofa in the living room.

The second bathroom is thoughtfully divided into two separate rooms—one with a large shower and the washing machine, and the other with a WC—to offer added comfort and privacy.

Apartment VL5 is located on the first floor with lift access. Please note: there are five steps to reach the elevator.

Please note: This is a quiet, residential building, and late-night noise is not permitted out of respect for the neighbours.

Apartment VL5 is located on Aghios Konstantinos Square, just a few minutes’ walk from Omonia Square and the Omonia Metro Station (Red Line). Omonia is a vibrant hub—a lively mix of cultures and a testament to Athens' energy, proving this city truly never sleeps.

You are 18 minutes’ walk from Monastiraki square, the “entrance” to Plaka -the historic heart of Athens-, 12 minutes’ walk from Psirri, known for its incredible street art and nightlife and 15 minutes’ walk from the National Archaeological Museum.

Within a short walking distance, you'll find grocery stores and traditional bakeries; the famous Varvakios Agora (Athens Central Food Market) and the National Theatre of Greece, an architectural landmark located directly across the street.

Spacious clean apartment

Wonderful spacious clean apartment close to the metro. The friendly host met us with the keys and helped us with understanding the metro and neighborhood. The neighborhood was rather noisy but otherwise a fabulous place to stay.

Excellent!

We loved this apartment in Athens! Very comfortable! Wonderful hot showers with good water pressure. The beds were SO comfortable and the neighborhood is central to a lot of great restaurants! Costas met us at the property, helped us with our bags and gave us a tour. He even came back and brought a chain and lock for us to use to lock my Mother-in-laws scooter at night. Would definitely stay here again!

Greek apartment

This apartment has lots of space for the 3 of us staying here and all the essentials to make our own meals after a brief grocery shop each day. The washing machine was a great bonus. The area is safe and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a Greece getaway.

Good stay

Recommend based on cleanliness of the apartment. Neighborhood is changing with a nice coffee shop next door and a good bakery but it has a bit of roughness especially at night.

Great Athens Apt

This apt met all our needs for a 2 night stay in this amazing city. Good location for getting to most important tourist locations of interest. The square out front can be a bit noisy on warm Saturday nights. The beds and sheets are comfy and the bathrooms were very clean. Has a galley kitchen with plenty of plates, glasses, cooking ware etc. We recommend it for a smart stay over in Athens.

Short but sweet visit to Athens

The apartment is as it’s portrayed. It was comfortable and clean. Communication with the property owner/ manager was excellent and she/ he arranged a taxi to pick us all up from the airport. We were met at the apartment and given a run down of its features. The location is central but might be considered a little suspect. Plenty of restaurants, bakeries and small grocery stores. We felt safe in the area but we didn’t go out at night. We were too tired from our daily activities.

Sketchy Location

Let me start by saying that management was very responsive to all of our questions and agreed to move us to another property . We were told the elevator was out and the unit was on the 4th flour, so we opted to stay put and be cautions. One of the reason we choose the place was because the listing emphasized that is was a quite area and loud noise would not be tolerated , and the view of the church and courtyard. What we got was an open air drug market where people stayed all day and night using drugs. Not weed but smoking out if tinfoil and shooting things into thier arms. From what every taxi driver told us we were staying in the "worst area" in Athens! Walk one block in any direction and you were back to the beautiful people if Athens. I was on vacation with my adult daughter and wife and we live in the States outside of DC while having lived in New York. Richmond, and other places around the world where threats are much more realistic. If your young and adventurous and are familiar with being cautios in a big city then by all means give this place a shot, its clean and comfortable and centraly located. If you traveling with children or are a little more timid, STAY CLEAR
