Located in a wonderful rural setting on the outskirts of Frigiliana and with fantastic views of the Sierras Almijara Natural Park and the coast, the house has two floors with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the three double bedrooms, a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms with two single beds each. There is also a second bathroom with a shower.

On the upper floor there is a third bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. The kitchen is also fully equipped.

From this same floor there is access to a beautiful porch where you can savor meals with beautiful natural views of the mountains and the Mediterranean coast.

Also on this same level the villa has a magnificent barbecue area fully equipped with a sink, gas hob and fridge and dining furniture.

On a lower level, which can be reached by means of steps or a ramp, is the large outdoor area with swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols and furniture, as well as a comfortable Balinese bed to rest and relax at the highest level. Outside, you'll also find a restroom and a ping-pong table.

The house is accessed by a 2.5km dirt track, characterized by curves and slopes, typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
