Uniquely located in the heart of the old town of Pollensa, just renovated, air-conditioned and provided with 2 large bedrooms together with a private pool, this property has been cleverly designed to impress. Due to its village location, a car is not essential and a wide array of shops/restaurants is virtually at your doorstep. Additionally, the airy interiors carefully decorated by experienced local architects making wide use of natural materials, turn this holiday home into a luxury retreat even for the most demanding guests.



Inside, Villa Rosser vell is set over 3 floors, connected by an internal staircase. Entrance is through the main door from one of the traditional alleys of Pollensa.

On the ground floor there is a modern, purposely built kitchen (4 cooking rings, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) with dining area opening straight to the pool terrace as well as a WC with sink + toilet. There is also a stunning, separate lounge area (with TV) accessed from the pool patio, perfect for relaxing during the hottest hours of the day or reading a book in total peace.

On the first floor there are a spacious twin bedroom, a family bathroom and one airy room with a armchair offering direct access to the pool-facing terrace. The upper floor of the villa is entirely occupied by the master bedroom suite. Featuring a double bed, a large bathroom and high quality finishing, this room is a true delight! Air-conditioning is available through the property.

Despite the village location, Villa Roser Vell offers the unique bonus of having an inviting private swimming pool. The pool terrace is tiled in precious Mallorcan marble, and all the fixtures and fittings are of the highest standard.
