Wonderful home!

Great location - biked to town each day. Great home for our family of 3. The salt water pool was lovely. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

What a view

Everything about our stay was excellent. The property is beautiful the location wonderful but the pool and the views were spectacular. Short walk into Pollenca and all the pretty shops and restaurants, yet still a peaceful location. Definitely recommend a visit.

Lovely property and fab pool

We loved this property and the infinity pool was great. There were some issues with the property at the start but all resolved by owl booking with the owner.

A wonderful stay at La Rafal

The garden and pool area is stunning. It is a tranquil setting in the middle of fields and mountains. Perfect to relax and unwind. The finca has everything that you need and was comfortable and practical with plenty of space for a family of 4 - 2 adults 2 children. We will definitely be returning! Everything was perfect.

Great Villa, great location

The Villa is clean and well equipped. The swimming pool is excellent. The Villa is 20 minutes walk from the main square in Pollenca, which has excellent restaurants. We would definitely come back again.

We had such a wonderful stay at LA RAfal. The villa and gardens and pool are stunning and the views are incredible. Amazing location too for getting to pollensa but still very relaxed and quiet. Thank you 🤩 Upgrade outdoor furniture and bigger outdoor dining table is only thing as a small suggestion

Lovely peaceful villa in a great location. Exactly as described and in photos

Lovely private villa, walkable to old town and local restaurants and shops. Pool area amazing and all pool furniture is new as promised, due to previous complaints. Basic equipment provided small amount of wash up and soap, 1 toilet roll. But nice welcome basket with water and wine and biscuits. Would definately stay again. Great contact from OWL Booking Cats are in there numbers and nothing seems to make them go, they didn’t bother us, there are around 9 in total and one with three small kittens.

Lovely house for a family holiday

We had a wonderful stay here with our 1 and 3 year old kids. The villa itself is very spacious and beautifully decorated to a high standard. Some supplies had been kindly left for our arrival. The beds were very comfortable. Spectacular outside spaces and the pool, clear, clean and larger than we expected, BBQ was a bonus. The beach at Porto Pollensa is only 15 minutes by car. The only little downside I could think of is the lack of swimming pool heating but we knew about it. All in all, the house was great and we would consider staying again if we found ourselves in Majorca!

What an amazing stay

What an amazing stay we had! My husband and I stayed for 11 nights here with our 1 year old boy. The villa is so quiet and peaceful, perfect for us! The main square in Pollensa is only a 20 minute walk, through beautiful countryside. The weather was great when we visited, so we spent most of our time outside. We hired a car, which was great as Porto Pollensa and Cala St Vicenç are a 15 minute drive away - both worth a visit. The main square in Pollensa town has lovely bars and restaurants and the market on a Wednesday and Sunday is a must! There is a Lidl close by where we did a big shop at the start of our stay. There's nothing we would fault about the villa, even the fresh water pool was welcomed on hot days! We'd love to come back and stay one day!

A tranquil villa in a great location

Great location, beautiful views. Walk into old town took about 20 minutes. Great pool and temperature. Kids slide is a bonus for little ones. Comfy inside and everything provided for our toddler that we needed. Owl service was fab and knew they were on hand if we needed anything. Little things! Bin bags - not enough for a 10 night stay. Air con - understand the controls as part of the environmental project but an extra hour in the morning and in the afternoon would have been more comfortable. Outdoor furniture ok but not the comfiest for relaxing in the evening.

Great Week

Really enjoyed our week at La Rafal. The accommodation was clean and everything internally worked, except one of the air con units which wasn’t a biggy for us but we reported it to Owl.The pool and patios were clean and in good condition. As previously stated by other users, the outdoor furniture is dated and needs replacing, in fact one of the loungers broke whilst we were there. It’s around 22 mins walk to the town centre. Old Pollença was as fabulous as usual. Owl were easy to communicate with via WhatsApp Would recommend La Rafal and would use again. Outdoor furniture is ready for updating

Anreise war ohne Probleme. Die Beschreibung wie man zur Finca gelangt war gut beschrieben. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges kleines Problem, war die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, die innen nach schimmel aussah. Nach Rücksprache wurde diese sofort gereinigt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, war alles da was man benötigte zum Kochen. Wir können die Finca sehr empfehlen und würden wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Pool ein Traum. Wir hatten Ende Oktober zwei traumhafte Wochen und konnten immer draußen frühstücken. Die Ausstattung ist gut und die Betreuung wirklich sehr gut. Ein zweiter Sonnenschirm wäre gut gewesen. Wir haben ihn vom Frühstücksplatz zum Pool getragen.

Prachtige week

Heel mooie week in dit huis nabij pollenca. Huis was in orde. Niet supercharmant, maar wel alles wat je nodig hebt. Misschien wat weinig keukenmateriaal. Zwembad en ligging, met prachtig uitzicht, waren top!

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit kleinen Makeln

Klar, man erwartet immer das Optimale und realistisch muss man bei dem Preis auch mit ein paar Abzügen rechnen. Das Haus ist für vier Personen durchaus angemessen ausgelegt. Die Gartenanlage ist auch auf den ersten Blick nett anzusehen. Leider liegen jedoch kleine Mängel vor, wie z.B aufgrund der scharf gefliesten Kanten ist keine kindergerechte Nutzung des Pools ohne Aufsicht möglich, eingeschränkte Nutzung der Spielgeräte und fehlender Sand im Sandkasten und der größte Manko war die fehlende Sauberkeit, trotz extra Reinigung. Aber vielleicht auch Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Wir waren viel am Strand und haben sehr gut im Haus geschlafen.

wie jedes jahr waren wir für eine woche zum radfahren auf der insel. das beste an der finca ist sicher der pool. die küche, obwohl grosszügig, genügt den angepriesenen "luxuriösen" ansprüchen nicht. das zweite zimmer hat nur einen ausgang in die gefangene "waschküche". unsere zugegebenermassen hohen ansprüche, durch regelmässige aufenthalte in schönen fincas, wurden leider nicht erfüllt. die lage, 20 minuten zu fuss zur placa mayor und zum einkaufen, ist sehr gut.
