In the activity room, you can play billiards, electronic darts, and table tennis. There are several TVs in different areas, as well as a PlayStation 4 and Blu-ray DVD player. Personally decorated with modern furnishings. The well-designed kitchen has 2 refrigerators, a freezer, 2 stoves, 2 ovens, and 2 dishwashers, so cooking and cleaning up afterwards is a breeze. The dining/living room is tastefully decorated with a stereo system with CD player, flat-screen TV, DVD player, high chair, sofa area, and wood-burning stove. The crackling fire from the wood-burning stove can be enjoyed indoors while socializing. The house's 10 bedrooms have good box mattresses, and there is also a large and spacious sleeping loft and an activity/play loft. There are 3 cots and 3 high chairs in the house. The house is extremely spacious and well-dimensioned and built around three separate sleeping areas. Each area has a bathroom, and there is an extra bathroom connected to the pool area. A total of four bathrooms, all of which, of course, have underfloor heating. The house is heated by solar energy and a heat pump.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
