This villa has spacious outdoor living area, fully fenced with a porch to the rear of the property leading to your own private pool.
The outdoor space is a tropical haven of plants and a pretty rockery, in which to enjoy alfresco dining cooked on the bbq.
There is plenty of room to park your car off road.
The front door leads to a bright, airy open plan living / dining and kitchen area.
To the side is full bathroom and two bedrooms.
The third bedroom is located at the top of a spiral staircase which has its own private bathroom and door to the outside balcony,
Where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.

Cute home, great backyard

We loved the house we stayed in! It looked just like the pictures. It was in a quiet neighborhood and it was also in a good location. 10min drive to shopping, restaurants and beaches! You will definitely need to rent a car! We would book this house again!!

This home was perfect for our family of four as we explored Aruba for the first time! The house was clean and spacious enough for us all to relax comfortably when we weren’t out and about. We especially loved the private pool and backyard area and often commented how nice it was to not have to share that space like we would have to in a resort setting. We rented a car, which was a great choice for us, as we picked a different area to explore each day. It also allowed us to get some basic groceries to keep in the rental. Our host, Hilary, and property manager, Andres, were so helpful and answered with any questions we had in a timely manner. We will definitely be back!

Excellent vacation

We came from cold Chicago and enjoyed beautiful weather in a beautiful house. The owner Hilary was very pleasant to talk to, answered all questions. The manager Andres was very sociable, our plane was delayed for 5 hours, and he was in touch with us the whole time. The location of the house is good, 5 minutes to the beach and the center of the Palmbeach area. We really liked it and are planning to go next year.

Excellent stay. The house was big enough for the family. It was cool and comfortable. The pool was nice for night. It was near a lot of local eating choices and grocery shopping. It had a great washer and dryer that I was able to use so we could wash clothes and swim suits and not bring as much. It had plenty of towels. It was a short drive to the beaches. I also appreciated the fridge. It was large enough to fit a case of water for cold water options. I would recommend this location to anyone that wants to be near the beaches but not in the hotel district. Hilary (owner) communicated early and often when we had questions about the booking or the amenities. Andres (property manager) gave us his number and was very responsive, though we didn’t need him much as the set up was so good.

Private comfortable home with nice outdoor area and pool.

House was as advertised, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Includes some pool toys, chairs, cooler, snorkel masks (didn’t use had our own). Lots of towels including beach towels. Kitchen was adequate. Big fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, and a decent BBQ. Washer and dryer and clothesline. Good wifi. The couches were comfy. Came with friends and their adult daughter - house layout worked well - we had the private upstairs suite and they had the downstairs two bedrooms and bath. Loved the pool and outdoor space - covered areas, couch, table, loungers. Backyard felt private. Location worked great for us - tasty restaurant located in the house immediately across the street, two bakeries which also have good cheeses and meats around the corner, another bar/restaurant a block away. Need a car or bike to get to beach and explore. It’s walkable to beach, but it’s hot. Cleaners came halfway through our visit and did a nice job, the pool and yard folks came as well. We would definitely come back - good value and a comfortable home away from home.

I live in England and have been enjoying visits to Aruba for over 20years, initially with our 4 children ( now all grown up )
We love the laid back, happy vibes of Aruba, which we fell in love on our first visit. The locals are so welcoming and friendly.
You can relax on one of the many beaches or go full on action packed stay. The choice is yours !!!
We have done both over the years.

Although our house is situated in a quiet area,
There a a few bars, local stores and patisserie all in less than 5 minute walk.
A 15 mins walk will find you at some lovely restaurant's our favourite being Bingos. Popular with tourists, Dutch and locals as is the 080 bar.
I would recommend hiring a car to explore further afield.
The beautiful beaches are breathtaking. As the island is not very large your never far from the beaches,

If you do not wish to hire a car, you can of course use the local bus service. As we are situated less than a 1 minute walk to one of the main roads.
I haven’t used the bus service, so I cannot give any thoughts of this.
Cabs can be called via what’s app if you wish to be taken somewhere but again this can be a little pricey.
Beaches, bars, eateries,casinos are all less than a 10/20 minute drive depending on the beach etc.
baby beach is further away as it’s at the far end of the island.
California lighthouse is 10/15 mins by car. A must to watch the sunset.
Or you can simply sit on your own private balcony and enjoy the sunset.
