For peace of mind and to ensure that Villa La Quiete is suitable for the needs of all our guests we strongly advise that you first enquire via the 'CONTACT HOST' method on the VRBO platform ('SEND A MESSAGE' on mobiles). We are sure you have many questions and this also prevents disappointment should your dates be unavailable due to alternate bookings or if the villa is not suitable for your requirements. We are penalised in the VRBO listings if we decline 'Request to Book/Book now' enquiries which is something we would rather avoid at the outset. Discounts may be available where applicable. On your initial enquiry we shall detail the exact breakdown of all charges incorporated in the pricing and any supplement options that may be available. To be fair to all we operate on first-come first-served basis across all our advertising portals but at your request we may be able to provisionally reserve the villa for 24 hours whilst you decide if the villa suits your criteria. If you decide to proceed with VRBO they will issue a pre-approval to allow you to make a payment to them.
To reassure all potential renters we advise you exercise all due care and diligence by searching the internet to satisfy yourself that we are bona-fide hosts that have a proven track record of renting our 2 villas over the past 20 years. VRBO, in their role as a booking platform, are committed to their Trustpilot profile.

We are aware that there are now many more properties being offered for rental, making it even more important to make the right choice. We have been renting in the Algarve since 2003 and have listened to guests' feedback. We have our own dedicated management team to look after your every need during your stay with us and our 'Villas with a Difference' policy ensures we can provide a lot more than just a basic villa rental! Once your booking is confirmed you will also have access to the private 'Members Area' on our own website where there is a wealth of additional information about our villas, the locale and the Algarve. We are just 20 mins driving time (28km) from Faro airport and 5 mins from the famous marina, beach, bars restaurants and shops. The location and flexibility of accommodation cater for all holiday criteria. There is something for everyone both young and old. Single gender groups are only accepted with a reference of a recent similar successful rental comprising the bulk of those intending to reside and subject to the owners' consent. We do not accept stag or hen parties.

Air-con is inclusive from late May to late August. All round fencing, electric gates and monitored alarm make the villa extremely secure for all.

The villa boasts a hi-tech Gymnasium with 'Life-Fitness' equipment, free weights, punchbag, speedball and stereo sound system, a Games Room equipped with full-sized American Pool, table tennis, table football, darts, PS3 and PS4 on 40" HD TV and X-Box Kinect on 37" HD TV, Cinema Room with full HD projector, Google Chromecast Ultra and 5.1 surround sound and an indoor cocktail bar. Free Wi-Fi. There are 32" LCD TVs with DVDs in both the master bedroom and Bedroom 4.

There is a washing machine on the annexe to the roof terrace with an iron and board and drying lines on the roof terrace.

Maid service is provided 2 times per week with weekly bed linen and mid-week towel change.

A Welcome Pack with essentials for your arrival is provided with our compliments for bookings of 7 nights or longer.

Outside:

A very large 13m x 7m private pool (0.7m shallow end; 2.2m deep end) with night lighting is set in one acre of landscaped gardens with large lawns. On the pool deck the popular outdoor Jacuzzi/hot tub is available at a supplement. Deluxe sun loungers, parasols, and 'Rattan' outdoor leisure furniture are all provided whether for relaxing or outdoor dining. The large traditional charcoal barbecue will only enhance your holiday experience.

The roof terrace with its sea-view provides an ideal sun-trap or may be just the place to enjoy a late evening cocktail and savour the quiet ambience of the Algarve.
