Excellent property, very clean and modern. Kitchen excellent but only got two towels for a weeks stay, I bought 4 others whilst I was there. My family loved the villa and it made our holiday. The pool and hot tub were excellent and some days we stayed at the villa.

Great stay beautiful villa

We areA family of 8 and the villa was perfect for all of us and our kids age ranges 10 to 31 .we loved exploring and nice walks into Albufeira . The strip was handy for quick supermarket trip and the older kids had some lively nightlife away from us if they wanted it . Perfect stay for us

We booked villa lavenda and a few days before booking was moved to villa Rosa. This was stressful as only days before arrival. They did send pictures however because of this change we feel we should have got some sort of credit. We were able to check in a couple hours early however this is often given to any guests if villa available. Even because we had no clue where we were staying as this villa was not on virbo and we had no reviews or listing to compare. The host was mostly good at communicating but often didn’t hear back on some questions. Multiple people answering questions. Place was clean and pool was good. There was no gym as there said there would be. No basic soaps that the listing said. Had to buy all that as well as garbage and more toilet paper. Great location. Host set up transfers however on the way there drivers were confused and didn’t know that we were in villa rosa. Host was suppose to communicate this so drivers knew but apparently didn’t. Driver was not happy. Had a chef come in and he was also confused with location change. As this location not on map yet. Good stay as location good but it’s too bad host couldn’t have done anything else with the last minute change.

Everything was fantastic! My daughter and friends stayed here recently. The house is beautiful with a bathroom and balcony in every bedroom! They were able to walk to the beach and to town. The host was immediately responsive to a small issue and rectified immediately. Good communication before the stay as well. They also arranged airport transportation that was reliable and a lovely person. Highly recommend!! Its a new listing and renovated which is why there are not many reviews.

Amazing Villa, modern, spacious, and clean, absolutely everything thought of, even down to 2 fridges that fit in perfectly with the amount of guests it holds. Great location, in walking distance from the strip, but we prefer Old Town, a few euro in an Uber, which is great if you want to have the choice of either. Jim/Patrick, great communication and couldn't be anymore accommodating, which was greatly appreciated. Definitely book this Villa or one of their sister properties.

This villa was booked for 14 of us to celebrate 30th birthdays and it couldn’t have been better for us. Each room with its own en-suite, plenty of in room storage, a massive living area, dining area, kitchen and even a rooftop terrace with hot tub. The outdoor area was great and got the sun most of the day. The only thing we would say is that for 14, the pool is small but we’re being extremely picky even to mention that. Location was fantastic, close enough to the strip that you can walk in minutes but somehow far enough away that you don’t hear all the noise, close to plenty of supermarkets and shops and seemingly very convenient for Bolt drivers to pick up and drop off it wanting to go to the old town or anywhere else in the area! The host was great from the moment we booked, sorting tourist tax and transfers for us all so that we didn’t need to worry about it. All in all, a brilliant stay, made our birthday celebrations fantastic! Would thoroughly recommend!
