Welcome to this homely 2 bedroom apartment in lower Torreblanca close to the beach and with an amazing sea view! When you step into the apartment you are first met by the the amazing sea view from the living room. You have a fully equipped kitchen on the right, here are all the amenities such as dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven and much more. Continuing through the apartment you have a good size living room and two bedrooms, both with sea view, and you also have two bathrooms. Furthermore, you have a balcony with incredible views of the area and the Mediterranean, and you also have a private roof terrace with a dining group as well as 2 sun beds and a barbecue.
All rooms are equipped with A/C which provides both cooling and heating. The apartment also has a private parking in the garage. Besides the private parking, you also have access to a large communal pool and a padel tennis court. You'll also have access to a communal gym. The pool normally closes from September. In the future the pool will be open all year around, so please ask us for the opening hours of the pool if you are traveling low season.
The penthouse is situated in lower part of Torreblanca, just a few minutes walk to the beach of Fuengirola. There is a small hill down to the beach, so please note this, if you have trouble walking. On the beach walk you have some of the best restaurants in Fuengirola and you are within walking distance to supermarkets and the bus station which can bring you to Fuengirola center.
This place is ideal for a family of 4, or friends who are looking for a relaxing holiday close to the beach!
