Brand new house of character located in the outskirts of the quaint village of Munxar. This property features 2 large pools so that one can enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean sun in summer or relax in our indoor heated pool in winter. Large deck with ample deck chairs near both pools as well as a fully equipped barbeque entertaining area. Bus stop to capital city and to the seaside resort of Xlendi on the doorstep! Village square within 5 min walk with restaurant/bar and grocery store. Beautiful scenic sunset walks to Sanap clifs are a must!

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Ta Spiru and we were very sad to leave today. The photos do not do the place justice, it is even better. House was spotless throughout and well equipped with enough plates, cutlery, glasses, towels and seating for everybody. We loved spending time in both the pools and the view out to Victoria from the front terrace. Excellent laundry facilities, kitchen and barbecue. The location was spot on, extremely quiet but with Xlendi only 5 minutes away by car, or you could walk there. My family and I (British and Maltese) have been coming to Gozo ever since I was a child and I am 29 now, we have stayed at various villas and farmhouses and this one is was by far our favourite. It is finished to a very high standard. The AC works a dream. The hosts are fantastic, super friendly and helpful, communication quick and clear. We are already looking to come back next year. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay. I cannot fault a single thing about this property, and I am known in my family for being fussy!

Spacious & Heated Pool Fun!

We had a great week staying at the villa. The property was exactly as described and pictured – very spacious and all the bedrooms well-appointed with good sized ensuites. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t too warm while we were there, so we braved the outdoor pool like a cold plunge, which meant the indoor pool felt like a bath in comparison. The indoor pool was a big hit and definitely a highlight. Maureen was an excellent host and answered all our questions swiftly. When we mentioned that the oven wasn’t heating properly, she had it replaced the next day, without any fuss. She was also happy for us check-out at 3pm as our flight was late.The area was quiet during our trip as we were early in the Season, but the walk to the coast is easy and the views of the Sanap Cliffs are stunning.

Villa de rêve

Excellent séjour à la villa Ta Spiru dans le village tranquille de Munxar (hors fêtes ! -> pétards et feux d'artifice dès 8h le matin), proche de Victoria où il y a de nombreux commerces. Très spacieuse villa, de conception originale, avec ses 5 chambres disposant chacune de sa salle-de-douche / WC et ses deux piscines (intérieure et extérieure) ont fait notre bonheur pendant 15 jours. Les photos publiées correspondent en tout point. Le mobilier est récent et de bonne facture. L'ensemble de la propriété est très bien entretenu. Nous avons apprécié le passage des femmes de ménage en milieu de séjour. Maureen a été très réactive à nos demandes et nous a suggéré des activités proches de la maison.Seul bémol : les ustensiles de cuisine (couteaux qui ne coupent pas, pas d'éplucheur, pas de services à salade), plats rares, voire inexistants (on a dû en acheter, mais nous avons été remboursé), casseroles et poêles vieillots. Et pas de machine à café (qui nous a également été remboursée). Sinon tout était parfait ;)

Just Perfect

We travelled as a group of 9 friends and family. Very high standard from top to bottom. All bedrooms were lovely and comfortable with air con which was very much needed. Kitchen was constantly in use, as were the pools. The area is beautiful and we ate out locally a few times. Overall we were extremely happy and would recommend 100%

Beautiful House

The house is exceptional, Maureen was an excellent host who replied promptly to all messages. The location was great for us as we had friends who live in Xlendi. The house is of an exceptionally high standard, the pools are both great anytime of the day or evening. It is very large and spacious and the outside eating/barbecue space was also great and used regularly throughout our stay. The pictures do not do this house justice! We all had a great time and would love to stay here again.
