Beautiful Family Home with Pool, direct access to tennis courts.

Large family house arranged over two floors.
Main living area, kitchen, side dining/sitting area patio, 3 bedrooms, family bathroom and ensuite shower room on raised ground floor. Fourth bedroom with ensuite shower room, desk area, sitting area, gym and utility room on lower ground floor. Pool with outside shower and gardens.

The house is on a quiet, private road with its own parking area to the front and set within pretty gardens. The house comprises 4 well-proportioned bedrooms (all airconditioned and with ceiling fans). The main living area is on the raised ground floor. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room. There is one further king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a family bathroom. The fourth queen bedroom is on the lower ground floor with ensuite shower room. Off this is a desk area, two sitting areas, gym and utility room. There is a separate entrance to the lower ground but it can be accessed via the stairs from the kitchen. The raised ground floor has a large, comfortable sitting room (with TV and DVD player) which leads out through two sets of double doors onto a generous side dining/sitting area patio. There is also a door from the kitchen onto the patio. A family area beyond the kitchen leads out onto the pool and rear garden. There is a quiet seating area for two on the front porch to enjoy beautiful sunsets from. Although it is handy to have a car to sightsee and get the shopping in, 3 Lascelles is a 5-minute walk to Lime Grove (restaurants, cinema and shopping) and Holetown with its beaches, restaurants, chattel village shopping complex and large supermarket. For quieter beaches, head for Colony Club beach, or the beaches just to the south of Sandy Land Hotel. Our House Manager, Sarah, is delightful and enormously helpful. She can help with organising airport transfers, car hire, babysitting and a chef. The tennis court opposite is available to rent and we can recommend a very good tennis coach. The apartment on the top floor of the house has a separate entrance and is tenanted by a family member. They do not have use of the pool or garden whilst guests are in.

Mahy House

We could not fault the accommodation. Sarah was brilliant and so helpful from before we arrived, during our stay and organising transport for us when we went home. I would recommend this house, it is unique, well presented and has more than everything you need for a lovely holiday

Amazing house, great location

We had a fantastic stay, the house is very larger with everything you could ask for. Plenty of space both inside and out, wonderful pool and outdoor space where you can see the monkeys. The grocery store and beach are easily to walk to. The house manager Sarah was exceptionally helpful and can assist with any bookings or questions you might have. A perfect stay, the house is even better than the photos! Highly recommended.

Great family get away

Plenty of room for a family to spread out. Private, shaded. Pool was crystal clean. Lots of amenities to make our stay comfortable and smooth.We had a 9 month old and Sarah provided us with crib, high chair and lots of age appropriate toys. Sarah arranged taxis to and from airport as well as going above and beyond with our welcome shop. She had lots of ideas for us that really added to our experience in the Barbados. quick walk to grocery store, town and beach.

Amazing!!!

Perfect location, safe, walkable to Holetown. All bedrooms have A/C, and has everything you could think of—shampoo, conditioner, snorkeling gear, kids games, tennis rackets, literally you name it!! Sarah was sooo friendly, the dryer stopped working and I texted her and she was at the property within an hour and had someone out to fix it within 3 hours!!

Absolutely perfect!

The host organized a taxi for our large group, ensuring our arrival at the house was a breeze. She greeted us and toured the house, sharing information and taking questions. Everything surpassed the images in the post. The side veranda was the perfect spot to start and end the day. The pool size was just right and shade could be enjoyed beneath an overhang or you could sun yourself on loungers. The home has everything you could need and is a quick walk to the beach and market. We hope to visit again!

Great house

House is a really nice size for one large or more families. Has lots of seating and plenty of space to spread out. Nice deck for morning coffee where you sometimes see the monkeys coming through. Pool is nice for chilling out at the house to cool off. Nice proximity to grocery stores and about a 6-10 min walk to the beach. Sarah the house manager was super helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Lovely House and Great Location

Enjoyed our family stay. House is conveniently located near shopping and the beach. Sarah was very helpful and responsive prior to and during our vacation. We would definitely repeat.

Amazing

We were extremely happy with our stay. Sarah, the house manager, was there to greet us upon our arrival. She was very thorough when showing us around the house and the features of each room. Sarah was also quick to respond to us when we had any questions. I broke my ankle while in Barbados, NOT ON THE PROPERTY, and Sarah was very accommodating with our check out time, she was visibly concerned. Even when we returned, Sarah made sure she reached out to see how her flight went, because she knew I was concerned about flying with a broken foot. She went above and beyond, and I would definitely return to Barbados and stay at this property again. I highly recommend staying at this property, you will not be disappointed!!!

Beautifull family vacations

We had a marvelous stay at this house with our two kids aged 2.5 and 5 year old. The house has everything you need! You will feel like home! Sarah, the house manager is very helpfull and available to make your stay a success! Holetown is a very nice location, you can walk to the beach and the stores. It's perfect even if you don't have a car.

Ideal family home

Our family had a great stay at Mahy House. It’s very well equipped in the kitchen there’s everything that you need. Also beach chairs umbrellas and cool bags which was amazing. Beach is a short walk away and restaurants and supermarket are 5 minutes away. Mosquito plug ins are in every room. Lots of books and toys for children. Pool is small but big enough for us. Living space is so much bigger that it looks like in pictures. Sarah was very helpful nothing too much trouble for her.

Spacious home

House is beautiful and spacious. Very clean. Better than the pictures. Layout of house worked well. Porch great spot for morning coffee , dinner and card games. Pool was great to have for early morning and afternoon swims. Convenient location, walkable to all amenities and several beaches. Local bus made it easy to get around.

Great host

The hosts were very communicative. The house is a great place to stay, s short walk to the beach, shopping and busses. Very clean, and comfortable. This property is great value as welI in this market. I would highly recommend.

PERFECT!

This isn’t our first time at this beautiful house and we will be back again and again. You truly feel like you’re at home. The location is perfect. Very short stroll to the shops, bars and beach with that sense of peace and tranquility in the garden at the house.The daily visit from the monkeys through the garden is spectacular. Sarah and the team are exceptional. The house is spotless, nothing is too much trouble and Sarah is always there to help when you need her. See you again next year.

superb rental for a large family or group in a great area

We had a superb holiday here - the house was really spacious, with several lovely and comfortable living areas, 4 good double bedrooms, a nice garden and private pool and all a close walk to the shopping centre and a great beach. Local buses are easy to catch, a lot of fun, and take you anywhere up or down the coast. Sarah - the house manager - is amazing, responsive and has everything perfectly in order. She is also a great resource and help for any holiday related questions and support. all in all this was a great rental and we wouldn't look further if we return.

Great Stay in a Great Location

As a group of friends looking for a relaxing holiday in a great location for all the local amenities this house is a must. The whole process from booking to check out was very easy and Sara the house manager was always on hand if we had any issues. The only suggestion I would possibly make is that maybe a little extra investment into some more pool furniture would be beneficial, as an example there were only 2 loungers available for 4 guests. Overal it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend the house to anyone thinking of renting

Luxury Villa

We had a fantastic holiday together as a family, Sarah was a great host and very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We were very impressed with all the facilities and how well everything worked for us as a family. We would definitely recommend this to family and friends, great location close to amenities and all the west coasts fabulous beaches.

Just fabulous!

The property and its location were perfect. The property manager, Sarah, was outstanding. I wanted to bring her home with me! She looked after our every need. We swam with turtles, had a 2 day private tour of the Island, went to the Harbour Nights event which we fully recommend. Pool is on the small side but is adequate. Without a doubt we will return.

Lovely and large

This property is lovely, and incredibly well stocked with everything you need to entertain the kids, we had a few issues whilst there and they where sorted swiftly by Sarah the house manager. The living room is like a room from a palace and the bedrooms are fabulous too. My daughter called it the upside down house as you go up to the first floor and down stairs to our bedroom, there are plenty of stairs, one of them being between the kitchen and back room by the pool that is not really shown on the pictures but has a stair gate on, so no accidents can happen. The pool is looking tired now but is kept exceptionally clean by the pool guy that is very friendly and helpful too. I absolutely would recommend this house to anyone as long as they don’t have any difficulties walking as the street to the house is very worn and crumbly. And I can’t say enough about how easy Sarah made the whole experience from booking through to leaving. Thank you for having us x

Excellent!

We’ve just spent an amazing week at Lascelles. The house is perfect for a large family and excellent for kids. Our girls had endless hours of fun in the pool. The house is equipped with everything you could need, all is supplied for you. Sarah (the property manager) is wonderful and goes out of her way to give advice on the area, etc. We would highly recommend Lascelles and can’t wait to come back!

Homey place in a great location

This place has everything we needed, great layout with enough space for everyone to spread out. The host was very responsive and accomodating. Cleaning staff kept it impeccable. We hung out in the backyard and patio for the evenings and spent our days down the street at the beach. Was very close to a grocery store and lots of shops. Would definitely stay there again.

A wonderful family holiday at Lascelles!

Can't say enough about Lascelles. This was our 6th time to the island and this property was by far the best for our family. We made good use of the veranda in the morning as well as the evenings. The pool off the back of the property was used quite a bit as well by our family. As others have said, the house is larger than it appears in the photos and is well stocked if you're interested in spending a lot of time eating and hanging out. If you are looking to be centrally located and walking distance to the Holetown beaches, restaurants and shops, then this house is for you. If you're into tennis, there is a court right across the street that you can reserve. Sarah the property manager and staff were amazing. The house was kept spotless throughout our stay. If we had any questions, Sarah was always very prompt to get back to us and help arrange transportation and any covid related appointments we needed. Can't wait to come back!
