Caledonia Lux Suite is a spacious and homely apartment situated in the heart of Glasgow’s West End. Walking distance from the City Centre, infamous Byres Rd, across the road from Glasgow’s world renown art museum and historic Kelvingrove park.
A wide range of shops, bars, and some of Glasgow’s finest only a stone's throw away. Underground, bus and train access all within a 5 min walk to help take you all over this beautiful city.

The Space:
A beautiful 1-bedroom apartment which features a sleek, modern apartment and living space. An ideal home away from home to explore Glasgow City and all that it has to offer.
This is a short term accommodation for contractors, tourists, working contractors and holidaymakers. Our amenities include:

Fast WIFI

Parking is free on evenings and weekends- Parking is free after 6 and all day Saturday & Sunday only.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the entire flat, free superfast WiFi and Netflix on our full smart HD TVs. Complimentary coffee, tea and some treats to make everyone feel at home.
Parking - Paid parking available few meters from the apartment building
We also provide toiletries and a full set of utensils in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, cooker, oven, toaster, and kettle.
Other things to note
Please note: There is a double sofa bed for one or two people.
Please do let us know in advance if you require the sofa bed for your extra guests so we can provide you with the right linen and towels.

Upon booking:
We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Airbnb account.
To ensure a smooth and worry-free experience during your stay, a £35 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver is required for your reservation. This waiver is provided through STRLY and offers you peace of mind by protecting against accidental damage during your stay.
This simple one-time fee eliminates the need for a large deposit, making your check-in process more convenient.
Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out.

9 AM - 12 PM - £49
1 PM - 1:30 PM - £30
2 PM - 2:30 PM - £20
3 PM - 4 PM - £9
Late check-out prices:
11 AM - £20
11:30 AM – 12 PM - £30

5 PM onwards – Purchase cost of an extra night
***Pets (Dog only) must be declared at the time of booking and approved.

-Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100
and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
-NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £200 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit.
-No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.
-No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. No visitors of any kind.
Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM.
Please note, that after the booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form in order to receive all check-in instructions and an ID/Passport is required for all adult guests.
Please expect some changes with the color of the sofa, bedding, and bed frame but the size and the layout are the same, some furniture changed as we wanted to improve our apartment and for the guest liking.
