Walk to Death Valley! When bringing your family to Clemson, stay in our home. Instead of staying in a cramped hotel room with your children, spread out in our home, 1/2 mile from the stadium and downtown Clemson. We have 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full, and 2 twins) with space for two more on a foldout sofa in the large finished basement, plus 2.5 baths. Prepare tailgate food or meals in our fully equipped modern kitchen, then enjoy them on our large sunroom overlooking Lake Hartwell. Your children will enjoy our basement playroom, maintained yard, and jumping into the lake from our private dock, with space for your boat. FAMILIES ONLY - no college students or house parties. Smoke free home.

We had a great time. Walking distance to everything.
Wonderful Home in a Great Location
The home is located in a very central part of Clemson. Walking to either the campus or downtown is easy. The home itself is well kept, up-to-date, and spacious. We really enjoyed the sunroom! The house was very nice and it is also important to note that the owners went out of their way to make us feel at home which is a big plus. I recommend this experience for anyone that is looking to visit Clemson.
We are so glad you and your group had a great weekend and got to see a Tiger win! Thank you for taking good care of our home. Come back anytime!
The property is located only three blocks from Clemson's Memorial Stadium ("Death Valley"), two blocks from downtown Clemson, and two blocks from the world-famous Esso Club.
