This lakeside haven, nestled within the Harts Cove community bordering Lake Hartwell, promises comfort and luxury. Inside, luxuriate in a fully equipped kitchen, a 55" smart 4K TV, surround sound, an Xbox, and three inviting bedrooms, each featuring its private bathroom/Smart TV and adorned with plush queen-sized memory foam mattresses. Step onto the charming porch and make use of the in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.

For outdoor enthusiasts, discover a public boat ramp and fishing dock just a few miles away, offering adventures on the lake's tranquil waters. Downtown Clemson beckons with its vibrant dining and shopping, while the proximity to Clemson University adds convenience.

Rest assured with exclusive access to three parking spaces and lake access within walking distance. Hassle-free self-check-in via a user-friendly keypad ensures a seamless start to your stay.

Located within the secure Harts Cove community, our condo boasts vigilant safety measures, including security cameras monitoring the parking lot and front door, ensuring your peace of mind. Explore this charming neighborhood designed for a delightful and secure stay.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the community amenities, including the pool, basketball courts, fitness center, and volleyball net. Access is permitted with the amenities wristband, which is provided for your stay. Please find the wristband in the drawer to the right of the sink and be sure to wear it when using any public facilities. Note: the pool is seasonal and only open during the summer season.

We were in town for a Clemson campus tour and Caden 's condo was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and very close to campus. It was the perfect size for a family of 4, esp with a teenager and pre-teen who each got their own room and bathroom. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely choose Caden's place.

Great place

My family stayed to see a Clemson engineering competition- it was perfect for three generations to stay in comfort. We loved the first floor access and recliners. It was very quiet.

Quick Visit

We made a quick visit to Clemson from Michigan to celebrate our daughter’s birthday with her. It was mom, dad, sister, grandma and grandpa. The 3 bedroom 3 bathroom was perfect for us. The living room and tv was the perfect size for us to watch March Madness in our downtime. We definitely will be staying here again!

Perfect getaway

We came to town for a track meet at Clemson. Location was perfect for a quick trip to campus. Close to food and stores. House was very clean and neighborhood quiet. Host was very quick to respond. Highly recommend.

Spacious and convenient to Clemson

We came for three nights with 5 people for a Clemson football game. The location was convenient and the condo was plenty spacious for all of us. The bedrooms are large with desks and each with its own bathroom which is great. The host was helpful and responsive. I would rent this place again for sure

Spectacular Stay

We drove 12 hours to Seneca for the NCAA Regional baseball tournament hosted by Clemson. The baseball field was 5 min. The 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom condo was perfect. Caden was AWESOME! His prompt communication was a 10!!! We needed to stay an extra night. Caden got right back to me and made it happen. My daughter realized she left her wallet 3 hours into our trip home. I contacted Caden, they found it and immediately mailed it back with everything still inside. If you do anything in Clemson, this is the place to stay! Caden is a great host!!!
