This fabulous 5 bedroom villa offers both luxury and comfort in a fantastic and central location. The villa is located just minutes walk from the resort centre and beaches of Protaras. The villa is furnished to a high standard both inside and outside and the spacious garden and pool area overlooking the beautiful sea views provides the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.

As you enter the villa, you will find the stylish and contemporary open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room features comfortable sofa and a widescreen and satellite TV, the dining area has table and chairs to seat 8 persons and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and features an island with seating for an extra three persons. This open-plan area is surrounded by large patio doors that lead to the garden and pool area and overlooks the stunning views. You will also find two of the bedrooms on this floor, one with a single bed and the other with a double bed.

Upstairs, you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 3 features an en-suite bathroom with shower and W/C, a double bed and doors leading to the large, shared balcony.
