Beautiful villa with everything we needed, fantastic views to the sea from the villa. Not alot around, but a sufficient small supermarket round the corner and some lovely beaches, small one to the right 5 mins walk, and a larger one with sunbeds and cafe/restaurant 10 mins walk to the left. Very good communication with the owner Carol and Sylke. Thanks for a great stay, would highly recommend.

Stunning location

The villa is lovely, photos don’t do it justice. The location is perfect if you like a quiet area but in walking distance of the new marina, water park, beaches and restaurants. Would definitely recommend it.

Group holiday

A group of 7 adults for 9 days absolutely beautiful. Location and amenities were great. The view is amazing and just what you need to unwind. We would 100% stay here again. A wonderful holiday

We had an amazing holiday in Cyprus! The Villa was super clean and well appointed for our family of 7. The views were absolutely spectacular!! We loved spending time outdoors and enjoying the water just steps outside the backdoor! The market was just up the street and offered a great selection of things to prepare meals or just get a snack! Many wonderful memories were made! We are so thankful for our time in Cyprus!

This villa is everything it claims to be. The view is incredible and the villa and particularly the garden has been designed to maximise your enjoyment of it. It has everything you need. The very nice beach is a short walk away however the little coves opposite the villa are more lovely than the beach when you fancy a sea swim. Shallow and warm. The local supermarket is approximately 150 - 200 metres on a flat quiet clean street. It has everything you need and the attached cafe and restaurant serves a nice coffee and a good meal. The owners and local manager are lovely and supportive. If you like the look of this villa then the reality will exceed your expectations.

The perfect VRBO

This property is stunning. Excess pots & pans, dishes, glasses, cups and the extra details throughout made us feel at home immediately. Communication was prompt and helpful. We have stayed in properties around the world and this was a stand alone 10. Our stay was enjoyable, relaxing and could not have been better. This is what the VRBO concept was meant to be. We stayed over Easterweek in Sotira, in the most well-kept property, we ever stayed. Carol always solved all upcoming issues very courteous and quick, aswell her agents, Paul and Derie, did great work. All in all a wonderfull week in Cyprus. Photos are 100% authentic and show the villa as it is. Very quiet area, and not far away from the crowdy Ayia Napa.

Wonderful stay

We stayed for 2 weeks as a family of 6 with a young child. The photos do not give this villa justice, it is stunning inside and the outside is even better. Lovely large garden, terrace and pool. The views are amazing. Location near to great shop, restaurant and a great beach bar in east walking distance. The beach on your doorstep and hearing the waves 24/7, couldn’t ask for me. Carol was great to communicate with and answered all queries and if we ever return to Cyprus we will make sure we book this villa and on other place will come close

Lovely quiet location with beautiful views

We had a lovely family holiday at this villa. The location was perfect for us, quiet and relaxed but also within really easy access (walk or drive) to lots of different places. In particular we enjoyed the waterpark, Ayia Napa Marina and Figtree Bay. The local beaches and waterfront is beautiful. You could happily spend your entire holiday relaxing on the sand and exploring the sea. The villa itself is huge and very clean. The outdoor space was fabulous with so many places to sit and relax or play with the children. The pool is lovely also. Carol and her communication was great. We would love to visit again!

Best holiday ever!!!

We already had expectations based on the pictures on the website, but the reality far exceeded our expectations. We have been to Cyprus for the 8th time now, we have always rented houses, but Carol's house was by far the best and also the one with the most beautiful view. In our opinion, you can't have a nicer holiday than there. We will remember our vacation in this wonderfully beautiful house for a long time. We will be back!!! The best house we have stayed at

The house is everything that it promised to be. We stayed there with friends and our two kids, and all of us enjoyed it. The house itself is great and as it for once rained, we actually used it too. The view of the ocean was excellent and even better there was a tiny and very private beach extremely close to the house that we used, when we did not visit other places around Ayia Napa, Larnaca and Protaras. Due to the weather we had frequent contacts with Carol, and she was very attentive and helpful. She made sure we had all the information we need before arrival and helped us throughout our stay. We can strongly recommend staying here for your vacation at Cyprus

Great stay in a lovely villa

We had a great time in this wonderful villa. The view from the back of the Mediterranean is amazing. The villa has a/c in all the bedrooms and the main living area. The supermarket is just around the corner and has a nice restaurant next to it. The location is a little remote; we walked or cabbed quite a lot to get anywhere. The new marina nearby is lovely for the spa and restaurants. The pool is quite small, so couldn't really fit all eight of us. And the fixtures and fittings are a little dated. But these are minor points. We had a great time and definitely recommend it!

We fell in love with Cyprus many years ago whilst on holiday and dreamed of owning a holiday home there one day. Our dream eventually came true when we purchased our fist villa back in 2003, a small 2 bedroomed house with a pool and enjoyed many lovely holidays there. However, we have 2 children and 8 grandchildren and longed for a larger property where we all could enjoy the benefits of holidaying with all the family and started looking for a larger villa. We purchased this villa back in 2007 'off plan' from the same developer as before and have never looked back. We love it and Cyprus is our second home!

We purchased this property because of the location by the sea. To have a beach front villa is a dream we never thought we would ever have or be able to afford. All the waiting and saving was worthwhile, to spend time just looking out to sea with a cool glass of wine in your hand and let the hours drift by is totally relaxing and a feeling you just have to experience. Visitors have told us that they become almost 'mesmerized' by the sea and all they want to do is sit and look out. The beaches nearby are beautiful and not crowded. Far from the packed, heavily commercialised beaches you find in some places, Cyprus has some of the most beautiful and safe beaches we seen, even on our other travels abroad. Ayia Thekla beach is fairly small, but we always feel safe with our young grandchildren as the sea is quite shallow and it's possible to walk out to a small island, making it accessible even to those who don't swim.

A beachfront property is certainly unique but it's so easily accessible for anyone to enjoy, especially if you decide to share with other families and friends. There's just plenty of space, 2 or 3 small cafe/bars within easy walking distance and a great supermarket that stocks just about anything you want. The pool is big enough for families to enjoy without being too deep that you're worried about the children getting out of their depth and if you want to just relax by the pool with a cocktail, whilst also enjoying a unique view out to sea, then this is just for you.
