If you want to visit Bruges in a warm, authentic and relaxing family house with a large town garden in a typically peaceful Bruges street, 1 km from the heart of Bruges (the market): you have found the right place!
Your home away from home.
This is what 3 Kings aims to be - our sister vacation home to "3 Queens".
As comfortable and warm as the city itself.
The 3 Kings: The perfect getaway in Bruges!

3 Kings was built in 1901 and rebuilt 20 years ago respecting all the old features of the house. Today, our house seems timeless.
Recently renovated in January 2024. Very tasteful and "zen" interior.

On the ground floor you will find a separate toilet in the entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary and latest appliances such as a 4 section ceramic hob with touch screen, dishwasher, fridge , freezer, microwave, plenty of pots and pans. and condiments. Everything a chef could dream of.

Connecting with a Moroccan touch, you have the dining room and living room with a large handmade wooden table and easy rolling clubs.
In a stylish 5-seater seating area you can talk about your experiences of the day or watch TV.
You won't miss your favorite music: a smart music box connecting your cell phone via Bluetooth is present.
A large window connects the sunny living room to the large south-facing terrace and garden.
So, from spring to fall, you can enjoy your aperitif and meals here outside.

The ideal place for a barbecue (provided)!
In a few outdoor deck chairs you can rest after a long day of walking.

In the evenings and on cold winter nights, you can gather around the fireplace in the outdoor living room. Wood and chips are provided.

On the first floor - up a staircase built 100 years ago -
3 Kings has 2 spacious bedrooms with King-size beds, premium mattresses and pillows, and light-blocking curtains. So a good night's sleep is guaranteed!

On the second floor you will find a similar bedroom with a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom with his walk-in shower, hers bathtub, washer, dryer, hairdryer and toilet. Towels are provided.

This property was roomy, clean and an absolutely amazing location in Bruge. We had an amazing time with our family of 6 enjoying the property, the backyard and had a short walk to the main attractions in Bruge. I would recommend this property to anybody!

Wonderful home

This apartment was exceptionally well equipped, especially if you like to cook. The garden space is a nice retreat. It is a bit of a walk into town but it is a quiet neighborhood easily accessible by car. Just a wonderful place to stay.

Super place

A big thank you to Anne-Marie for letting us stay in her lovely house. Everything was there, with lots of little extras The neighbourhood was quiet and although a little bit of a walk into town, it helped to burn off the calories from the beer & chocolates! I would certainly recommend the house and the beds were fantastic!

vacation home close to central Brugge

We selected this property due to it’s proximity to central Brugge and we’re not disappointed. A flat 20 minute walk gets you to the Markt and historic Brugge. The house was very functional for our party of 5. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen.

Stylish yet homely.

Best-equipped holiday rental we've ever stayed in. Helpful and informative owners, everything we needed in house, easy parking for car outside on street, only a 15 minute walk into the centre of Brugge. Loved the outdoor lounge, the really comfortable beds and the great shower/ bathroom. Highly recommended for a laid-back holiday. And Brugge is lovely!

Beautiful!

Amazing place to stay while in Bruges! Beautiful space where you can totally relax. Close to the old city. Only a few minutes to walk to one of the mod-evil entrances. The old city is fairly large though so we walked a good amount each day. There is a bus at the corner that can bring you in a bit closer to where you may want to go. Bruges is so cool great restaurants and beer!

A Gem !!

Sophie and Bram were terrific hosts at this wonderful home. Sophie have us lots of ideas about places to visit and was very helpful at all times. The house itself is really cool with lots of space for 4 adults. The house is located an easy 15 to 20 minute walk from the center of Bruges, but it is far enough away to be in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here.

A perfect place in Bruges

Everything about the 3kings was not just as advertised but perfect. We spotted this place 4+ years ago when we initially planned our Belgium trip (NB 2020!!). We booked early so we were able to get it. The host has an extensive house book. It’s literally less than a 5 minute walk to the entry of old Bruges. Easy check in and check out.

Lovely property

Had a lovely stay at 3 Kings with friends. The property is just outside the city. Only takes 20 minutes to walk to the centre. The property location is quiet, clean and safe with nearby shops and restaurants. The checkin process was easy. Our taxi driver took us to a different property on the same street as there was confusion regarding the property name and the property number. The property itself is as the pictures show, clean, well decorated and had basics for the stay. The beds are very comfortable and the shower was great. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

Cool and comfortable central location from which to explore Bruges

Sophie was a great host and had a good suggestion for all our needs. She helped whenever she could and made the stay feel very relaxing indeed. The accommodation had three good sized double bedrooms and a nice clean bathroom. The garden was enclosed and great for our son. It was a ten minute (and pleasant) walk to the start of the old town and felt out of the action enough to be calming. Would highly recommend this place for a long weekend and there were no issues with the administrative side of things. Indeed, Sophie was very flexible with us.

Lovely house, very stylised and comfortable.

A very lovely house and lovely owners who took care of us by picking us up from the station and showing us around. They have good facilities including a lovely big bathroom with walk-in shower. Large bedrooms. My only two small gripes/areas of suggested improvement are 1) long mirrors please - at least one in the bedrooms would be good and 2) blackout curtains or shutters as Bruges only gets 4-5 hours of darkness at night. I would definitely recommend this house though, it was very easy to get everywhere.

Well appointed, as described, clean and a great location. Hosts were great and communication was prompt. A couple of bad luck items prevented a 5 star rating however. The toilet broke and the water ran all night which was disruptive to sleep. There was no way to fix it given its design and the hosts couldn't come until the AM. The wood floors on the stair landing look original and very nice however, some of the old nails are popping up creating sharp objects. My son unfortunately cut the bottom of his foot pretty bad as a result which disrupted our trip.

Excellent home for a family!

We had a very nice holiday here with a family of six (children 9,11,13,15) and enjoyed the house which is very cosy. So it's is great to go outside and visit Brugge, but also delightful to stay at home and enjoy yourself with books in different languages, playing chess, exploring the typewriter or burning a fire in the garden. The house is stylish, clean and well maintained and is well equipped. Excellent service from the owners, even by sending us a connector by post we did leave behind. Brugge is a great town and being able to explore it by foot from the house it great. We enjoyed a cycle tour around Brugge, to the dolfinarium, the beach (still chilly in beginning of May and enjoyed the green 'vesting for playing' outside. I certainly recommend this to my friends!

Great Holiday House.

We all had a great holiday staying at the 3 Kings in Brugge. Sophie the owner greated us on arrival and was very helpful. The house is very well equipped,clean and very comfortable. Car parking was always available directly outside the property. This house is in an ideal location being 20 minute walk into the centre,and only 10 minute walk to a large Supermarket. We would certainly recommend this property. We hope to return again. Loads to do and see in Brugge,we stayed here for a week and never had to use the car. Brugge is ideal for bike riding,loads of safe cycle lanes. We went to the Chocolate Musuem, St Salvotorie cathedral is very stunning. The Harpist Luc Vanlaere is very good for a free 30 minute concert,he is situated in the Old Site of St Jan,also in the building next door to him is a café with an amazing model railway,which is ideal for little children to visit. Horse and carriage ride was very good,and so was the canel boat trips. Our favourite bar was the a cellar bar on Kuipersstraat.

Such a beautiful house and such lovely owners.

We arrived at 3 Kings later than we expected and Bram (one of the owners) checked us in and gave us all the relevant info and then went out of his way to take us to the local supermarket so we could get some groceries before they closed. Whilst at the supermarket he also gave us some excellent beer recommendations and then dropped us back which was so lovely of him. The house is absolutely beautiful and how it hasn't graced the cover of Ideal Home magazine before now I will never know. The facilities are great, all crockery and cutlery stylish and clean. The garden is also lovely and my little one throughly enjoyed wandering around and then taking a short rest on the swinging chair. Most places of interest are within easy reach and the guide written by Sophie and Bram was brilliant. When it was time for us to go home Sophie even gave us all a lift to the station! Overall I would say that the property is so stunning and relaxing that this house could be anywhere and you would enjoy staying in it and the fact that Sophie and Bram went well above and beyond our expectations just made our break that bit more special. Thank you both so much for a wonderful stay, we'll definitely be back!

Its all about location

This is a great place to stay. Bruges is a delightful city, but to enjoy it you need to stay close to the centre. You need somewhere with enough space and ideally (if like us you are there in summer) a garden. This does all of that and does it with a lovely relaxed Belgian style. This isn't perfect, but its as close as you are going to find. For what its worth, the imperfections are - parking is a pain / neighbours can be noisy / Bruges has biting insects. But, that's true wherever you go, so none of those things are specific to this property. The unexpected good bits are that the property has a garage. It was too small for our car, but it was ideal for our bikes. We are cyclists and there is excellent cycling all around Bruges and of course further out into Flanders. Another unexpected good bit was just how close Lidl / Aldi were. Just 200m down the road. It made shopping very simple. This is a great place, and its in the right location. You should feel confident to book.

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage

Three Kings ist großartig, um Brügge mit Familie zu erkunden. Ein schickes, komfortables Haus mit viel Platz und allen Annehmlichkeiten! Bis zur Altstadt von Brügge sind es nur ein paar Schritte, trotzdem wohnt man angenehm abseits der Touristenmassen.
