Estos apartamentos tienen la piscina mas grande de todos los hoteles y apartamentos de Benidorm.Y una de las urbanizaciones mas bonitas de Benidorm.El complejo compuesto de 4 edificios(casi 400 apartamentos).Ocupa una manzana de calles completa.
Justo al lado hay un supermercado,parada de bus,farmacia,etc.En la misma calle hay tiendas,bares restaurantes,etc,a 300 metros esta la playa y tambiem un Macdonals,un Burger King;y KFC en la misma calle.
A 15/20 minutos a pie esta el parque acuatico mas grande de Europa(Aqualandia)y Mundomar(Parque de animales exoticos con un fabuloso show con delfines.),etc.

Juan was an amazing host and nothing was ever too much for him to do. Very attentive, apartment was clean and had everything we need. Juan was on hand for any questions we had ( there were many) and helped us have a smooth enjoyable stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Jaun is a darling, nothing is too much trouble. Lovely man. The apartment was clean as a whistle with everything in good order. Lovely outlook over the large pool and garden from the generous balcony. Fairly quiet too and we felt safe and secure. We had a lovely month. Thanks Juan.

Wonderful host. Wonderful apartment

Juan could not be any more gracious. He met us at the apartment. Showed us around and told us if we needed anything just to call him. I did call him once and he was with us in 5 minutes. The apartment was wonderful and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. He even met us at 4am to return our deposit before we left.. i would highly recommend juan as you host.

Such a huge disappointment as on arrival we were told that the big pool was closed for our stay. Having 3 daughters this was one of the main reasons I booked this apartment. We were offered to use the pool at another hotel but this was up a big hill and having my eldest daughter with special needs this added to our stress.Very disappointed that it was not stated on the vrbo site or that the manager had not explained this when I first made contact with him as I would not of booked this apartment.Other amenities stated on the site have not been updated and I feel it was very misleading.

Of the last 22 reviews of this apartment, 16 families have left 5 stars (the maximum possible), another 2 families left 4 stars (very good), there are only 2 families that left 2 stars and only you and one other family have left one star. I think the opinion of the majority of families says it all. You asked me for compensation because you didn't like the atmosphere of the pool, I suppose that being a manager in an airline as you told me you know all the tricks to make a vacation free. I have never compensated a family. When I go on vacation if I don't like it, I don't come back but I never ask for compensation. It wouldn't be right to spend a vacation and expect the hotel to refund me after staying there for a week. We have about 15 retired families who come back every winter and stay between 1 and 3 months. I don't think the hill is that bad for a couple in her 30's with three 8 year old girls. The children don't normally complain about hills.I think it's more of an adult thing. Anyway! You have three lovely and very friendly little girls. Such delightful childrens!. We're sorry that our apartments weren't what you expected. You paid a very low price as it was right at the edge of the low season. If you come in August and pay triple like other families paid,sure you will find more atmosphere and I think you'll like it.

apartment stank the whole week

Absolutely stank the whole week was over charged asked for some money back told no asked vido to look into this said they dont deal in cash well we paid 300 euros extra to have 1 bedroom avoid at all costs

This family from Lithuania booked a one bedroom apartment for 2 people on Vrbo. After making the reservation they told me that they would be 5 people, and that they wanted a larger apartment if possible. So I offered them to upgrade the booking to a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. And since there were more people and a superior apartment, they get charged the extra amount of 300 euros. You could have refused to upgrade the booking, no one forced you. Why are you complaining now!They must run out of money on theyr holidays as they ask me the last day to get some money back,and i talk them why i have to refund you any money.Go to the bank if you need money,i am not a bank!

Has soon as we got there, i rang Juan who owned it and he was there straight away. He gave us the keys to the apartment which was a very secure gated entrance. It had everything. Safe, ironing board, iron full size cooker 4 ring hob, microwave fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, table and chairs safe. All very modern. Plenty wardrobe space with lots of coat hangers. Beautiful pool but weren't open just yet but could use another pool a short walk away. Large balcony with full length mirror sliding doors. We would definitely stay again. If you needed Juan for anything he was there straight away. Lovely man!

Absolutely fantastic

We just returned from Benidorm and we was about to cancel due to the isolation back in the UK. I would recommend anyone to just go. Do not belive the news or what the government are telling you. Us as a family felt 10 times safer in Spain than UK. They make extraordinary efforts to keep everyone safe wich includes disinfection, cleanliness everywhere, masks, social distancing, temperature checks, police enforcement all the stuff what back in the Uk is invisible. Juan is very helpful and his apartments are 3 star plus. The pool is extraordinary, very close to the beach and all restaurants and shops. We will return at the Vacanza Complex sooner or later

The hill

The property is a 3 star accommodation it’s clean but unfortunately the previous occupants were smokers and it took us nearly 3 weeks to get rid of the horrible smell. We did enjoy the stay but unfortunately you have to walk up a long fairly steep hill every time you return to the apartment which was not good considering our ages and health ( COPD ) There is a bus runs up the hill but unfortunately it’s only every hour and seems to be hit and miss during our 28 night stay we only managed to get the bus on one occasion! We also tried a Taxi ride from the bottom to the top which cost us €5.50. We would stay again if it wasn’t for the hill !!

Lovely apartment with very helpful owner :-)

Me and my son stayed here for one week in May. I have never used home away before so was anxious about renting privately from the owner. I read other review's saying how kind and helpful Juan was and this was very true. He spent time showing me how everything worked in the apartment and how to get in and out the complex (as it had secure gates). We had everything you need in the apartment. Washer, cooker, toaster, iron, microwave and fridge freezer which was ideal when travelling with a young child. It was very clean on arrival. Unfortunately because of it being low season in May, the big pool was not open but we were able to use a pool at a neighbouring hotel. There is a 100 euro refundable deposit and 57 euro cleaning charge which I wasn't aware of until after booking. Only recommendation would be to tell people prior to booking as I think this is important when taking in to account the overall costs. Juan also gave us his personal number and we were able to contact him at any time to ask questions. Would come back again. Apartment up a bit of a hill but I still managed and that was with the pushchair. About 10-15 mins walk to the beach and the square.

Bedankt voor uw dubbele verblijf in onze appartementen gedurende 3 weken in mei 2024 en de 3 maanden van oktober tot december 2024: Het meubilair in onze appartementen is pas 2 jaar geleden veranderd. Het zijn moderne meubels gelakt in glanzend wit. Op uw tweede verblijf, In dit appartement is het meubilair nieuw, met nieuwe glazen tafels, in de slaapkamer zijn de matrassen en hoofdborden ook nieuw, alleen de hoezen van de stoelen bij de eettafel moeten worden vervangen, omdat ze zijn beschadigd door wrijving in de zomer en Omdat de appartementen altijd bezet zijn, is er geen tijd geweest om ze te veranderen. Dat zal gebeuren vóór de zomer, zodra het appartement een week vrijkomt.Wij zijn verrast door uw opmerking over het meubilair, des te meer omdat u een gepensioneerd echtpaar bent. 80% van onze klanten in de wintermaanden zijn gepensioneerd en komen elk jaar terug, sommigen boeken al meerdere jaren bij ons en anderen twee keer per jaar. jaar.

We zijn erg blij om te horen dat u geniet van uw verblijf in onze appartementen. Jullie zijn twee hele aardige mannen, erg vriendelijke klanten. Jammer om te horen dat het zwembad dat we u aanbieden om te gebruiken in een van onze andere hotels, niet geschikt voor u was, omdat er teveel Engelsen in zaten. Ik weet dat iedereen liever verblijft in zwembaden met de meeste mensen van hun eigen nationaliteit, maar in Benidorm is dat niet altijd mogelijk. Andere klanten van ons verblijven dezelfde week als u en vertellen ons dat ze het erg leuk vinden om dit zwembad te gebruiken.

Family stay at vacanza

We had a great stay at the property plenty of space and very comfortable all within a great location to bars restaurants etc. Juan was very helpful and go the extra Mile to make sure we were comfortable and there no problem calling him and he would be there if we needed anything or advice even to the point of arranging out taxi back to alicante. I would totally recommend Juan and the apartment and will look forward to next time. Thankyou Juan for your hospitality. Jason.

Hi Roy Thank you for your lovely review.You were a lovely couple and as you mentioned you will be back again and bring your friends with you next time i will look well after you all.I just received today a not very nice review today from the couple stay at your apartment the week before you,complaining about the apartment.Actually they left on the 2nd and you arrived on the 3rd of May.I am not agree with his complains about the apartment.Sorry you never gets to enjoy the new 55" tv on your stay.As you know i received the TV during your stay but as was damage have to be returned and i just got a new one a few days after you left.Next time you are back i will try to put you on that apartmnet so you enjoy the big screem.New modern blinds and bars been fitted this week on all my apartments and new nicer covers on some sofas too.Thank you and hope to see you soon.Juan x

Excellent, will definitely return.

Juan was always on hand to help and was very pleasant. The apartment was clean and tidy. The pool was great for the kids. The location was great, there’s a local supermarket about 50mtrs away. The apartments are surrounded by a few local restaurants and friendly bars with the ‘strip/nightlife’ within walking distance. I enjoyed the holiday and most importantly the kids did.

El bus numero 11 conecta la stacion de bus,stacion de tren,el casco antiguo y el parque Acuatico.Esta linea para justo en la puerta del complejo en ambas direcciones.Tambien varias lineas conectan el casco antiguo con otros pueblos(El Albir,Altea,etc).Centro Comercial La Marina.Carrefour,etc...Estas lineas paran muy cerca del complejo.

Estos apartamentos tienen la piscina mas grande de todos los hoteles y apartamentos de Benidorm.Y una de las urbanizaciones mas bonitas de Benidorm.El complejo compuesto de 4 edificios(casi 400 apartamentos:Edificio Vacanza,Torre Montecarlo,Torre Monaco y Edificio San Marino)ocupa una manzana de calles completa.
Justo al lado hay un supermercado,parada de bus,farmacia,etc.En la misma calle hay tiendas,bares restaurantes,etc,a 300 metros esta la playa y tambiem un Macdonals,un Burger King;y KFC en la misma calle Londres.
A 15/20 minutos a pie esta el parque acuatico mas grande de Europa(Aqualandia)y Mundomar(Parque de animales exoticos con un fabuloso show con delfines.),etc.
