Apartamentos La Rosita Old Town A-22

Aparthotel in the heart of Benidorm located 100 meters from Poniente beach and 450 meters from Levante beach.

Recently renovated building designed for the enjoyment of our guests, it has a total of 20 apartments with capacity for 3 and 5 people and has an elevator, internet access (wifi), community laundry room with washing machines, iron and ironing board free of charge extra.



All apartments have a terrace, hot and cold air conditioning, television, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishes/cutlery/kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, bed linen and towels. There is an optional parking space with an extra charge right in the building opposite (Mercadona). Parking Rates: 1 Day 22 euros, Week 97€, 10 days 128€, 15 days 148€, Month 181€. From 5 days onwards the weekly bonus is compensated. The cost is paid in the parking lot itself.



-The key collection and check-in take place in the same building 24 hours a day. If you need additional information, ticket sales, direct reservations or if you have not checked in online, our office is located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, opposite the Burger King.

-The amount of €200 is retained on the credit/debit card as a deposit.

-Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season may delay until 6:00 p.m.)

-Check-out until 11:00 a.m.

-Pet supplement of €10 per day. (Maximum €50 per stay).

-Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.



It is located in the heart of Benidorm, 100 m from the sandy beach "Playa de Poniente", 350 m from the sandy beach "Playa del Mal Pas", 450 m from the sandy beach "Playa de Levante". The historic center and our famous viewpoint, one of the most photographed in the world, is just 400 meters away.

Wonderful location, good value, nice facilities

Fantastic location, one street back from the main shopping drag but lovely and quiet up on level five. Balcony gets all day sun and the apartment is a great size - huge living area, large balcony, big bedroom. For the price the value was great, and compared to other apartments it is modern. Really great place. Two very minor gripes. Firstly, the bond has to be paid before you get the keys, but I didn't see this on the ad, and when I got the text to pay it, I thought it may be a scam, but received no further confirmation. However, this was fixed when I arrived, called and paid so all fine - just good to know to expect this. Secondly, the door to the whole building regularly sticks, so getting in is a bit roulette, but not the apartments fault and you get there in the end.

Great location

Location is brilliant. Right in the heart of old town. Apartment has everything you need , though basic . If your in a car , parking is expensive. 105 euro for week . Apartment is basic . Needs a lamp in main room , TV has 2 English speaking channels. Only mirror is in bathroom. The noise from apparent above , heavy foot steps , running about , scrapping furniture along floor is irritating.

Volveremos sin pensarlo

El apartamento ( nos tocó el grande con terraza, 5 planta) impresionante, grande, limpio y parecía a estrenar. La cama de matrimonio súper cómoda, pero el sofá que se hace cama de 200x200 comodisimo. Pedimos pagar la reserva en efectivo y no nos pusieron ni un solo impedimento. VAMOS A REPETIR SEGURO Faltaría un toldo en la terraza sino hasta la hora de cenar no se puede estar. Y a nosotros nos dieron el apartamento sobre las 17:45 se pasaron una hora y cuarto de retraso, también hay que decir que nos ofrecieron una hora más tarde de salida ( que realmente no se aprovecha xq no puedes hacer nada, así que a las 11:10 Dejamos el apartamento.

La terraza ,algunos apartamentos tenían balcón muy pequeño, otros balcón mediano y el nuestro era una terraza hermosa . Tener lavadoras y secadora con jabón y suavizante. Ropa de cama escasa , edredón gordito o sábana . Ppedimos más sábanas ,para poder doblarlas y usarlas a modo de colcha. Nos las dieron sin problemas.
