Holidays2Malaga Dos Aceras are our vacation apartments located near Calle Alamos and in an unbeatable location.

Calle Larios and Plaza de la Constitución are less than 300 meters away. The Cathedral of Malaga, known as 'la Manquita', the Roman Theater, and La Alcazaba are less than 500 meters away. The Thyssen Museum and Picasso Museum are just 400 meters away. Picasso's birthplace is also just a few meters away, and the Cervantes Theater is less than 200 meters away. At the Cervantes Theater, you can enjoy good theater throughout the year or walk the red carpet during the Malaga Film Festival.

The port of Malaga with Muelle Uno is less than 1 km away, and the Malagueta beachwith its magnificent beach bars can be found less than 1.5 km away.

Our Dos Aceras tourist apartments are strategically located and perfectly connected to all public transport: there is a taxi stand and a bus stop in Plaza de la Merced, which is less than 150 meters away. The train and AVE station, María Zambrano, is just 1 km away.

Our cozy apartments have all the amenities to make your stay in the city of Malaga unbeatable.

Bedroom with a 150 cm x 2 m bed. Flat-screen Smart TV with internet access. Safe. American kitchen with everything you need. Bathroom with shower and screen. Living-dining room with a double sofa bed of 140 cm. Dining area for 4 people. 40' Smart TV with internet access.

Decorated in an elegant and cozy style, it will make you feel right at home.

Extras:The crib has an additional cost of €5.00/day.The baby kit (crib, high chair, bath) has an additional charge of €10.00/day.You also have the option to request in-person check-in at the apartmentfor an extra cost of €50.

Please note:Check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00 hrs.Access to the apartment is with a code. We will send it to you on the day of your arrival.

You can leave your luggage at our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia n. 6 (Malaga).Check-in can be done online or in person at our office. Please, if you choose to do it in person (recommended), don't forget to come earlier as all guests over 16 years old will have to sign the mandatory police registration.We remind you that we will ask for a refundable security deposit with a credit card upon arrival.

Malaga stay

Our 5 day stay was excellent. Communication before and during my stay was all very good, Olga and Naomi were always very helpful. They helped us to drop bags off early, check in and check out was easy. English was spoken very well. The apartment had a good location and beautiful view.

Very good apartment

We stayed in this apartment for 11 days and i should say that the apartment has everything for long stay. It corresponds the photos. When we arrived the apartment was clean and H2M were very friendly and always in touch. Big thank you to Naomi who always answered all questions quickly and was very helpful. The location of apartment different from what was shown on site map but still not far from everything. It took us 5 min to vet to Plaza de Constitution and big supermarket Maskom is 4 mins walk. And of course all bars and cafes are very close . Also a bonus was that we had chance to watch all parades from our windows as it was a week before Easter snd this apartment was a great location . For me this apartment was a great value for money. Thank you to H2M for great service .

Bad relation with Holyday2Malaga.

Very cheap accessories old coffee maker, old knives , no soap, No soap holder in the shower. No toilet paper, only one complete cleaning of the apt. During the month ( we were obliged to pay the cleaning maid ) the fridge needs to be defrosted (full of ice.) Obliged to ask for new sheets,pillows and towels (one time a week) Problems with the elevator (wie were at the floor 4

Hi Michel, We are sorry that you have had that experience of our property and our attention to you. The cleaning service is not included in the service during the stay, but before and after the stay. In the reservation conditions, what is included is reflected, so we provide the appointment with an independent cleaner in which you were very happy, as you told us in the office. Due to the issue of sheets, toilet paper and others, it has been provided once a week since we offer this service and it is included. We believe that all the incidents that you reported were attended to by our colleagues at the reception, but if this has not been the case, as you are commenting, we are sorry that you felt that way. Tout est du "fake".En plus d'arriver dans des travaux majeurs nécessitant des échaffaudages à l'extérieur , des ouvriers et sac de plâtre à l'intérieur,des peintres dans vos fenêtres ,l'appartement avait tout comme la photo sauf :2 fauteuils blancs sales et défoncés,un set de cuisine où vous ne pouviez pas rester assis plus de 10 minutes tellement inconfortable,un sofa tape-l'oeuil si dure que les coussins décoratifs servaient de siège mais un plus une télé dans la chambre notre sauveur après une journée de marche .En plus une infiltration d'eau par une fenêtre neuve pourtant fermée et barrée.Nous avons dû éponger le plancher avec nos serviettes ,la vadrouille n'a pas suffit.Nous avions réservé 28 jours depuis décembre 2023.Ila auraient dû savoir qu'il y aurait des travaux.Tout cela pour vous dire l'imposibilité de nous reloger dans Malaga ,H2M a reconnu leur tort et nous a remboursé 30 % du prix de notre location.Que d'aventures mais notre but était de visiter Malaga et ses villes satellites et coché sur notre liste.

Tolle Lage

Die Wohnung war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen: Bars, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten…. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war jederzeit sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter/innen freundlich, kundenorientiert und hilfsbereit.

Agréable

L’appartement est bien situé, il est spacieux et il est proche du centre. Il y a de nombreuses fenêtres donc il est très aéré. Il y a la climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Il y a 2-3 choses à revoir ; le canapé est très inconfortable et je n’ai pas réussi à faire marcher la télé du salon (ce qui ne m’a pas dérangée étant donné que je n’avais pas l’attention de passer du temps devant). L’appartement est situé non loin de bars, ça résonne et les nuits sont très bruyantes. Je n’ai pas très bien compris la procédure d’enregistrement, je suis donc allée à l’agence lors de mon arrivée. Cela fut un peu contrariant mais l’amabilité du personnel de l’agence m’a réconfortée !

Apartamentos Calle Dos Aceras

La ubicación del apartamento es inmejorable, al estar tan céntrico puede haber algo de ruido por la noche, pero no fue gran problema. El apartamento está completamente equipado, es luminoso y amplio. Por proponer alguna mejora, podrían revisar el estado del mobiliario y la pintura de las paredes ya que encontramos algunas manchas/desperfectos, pero nada que no nos hiciera disfrutar de la estancia. Estamos satisfechos con el servicio por parte del personal ya que resolvieron todas nuestras dudas con rapidez.
