This bright and spacious 4 bedroom town house is perfect for family holidays. The urbanization is situated in a quiet but popular area of Torreblanca.
The accommodation comprises:
4 x bedrooms (1 x king size 2 x 140cm beds and 1 x twin room with two single beds)
Separate fully fitted well equipped kitchen with washing machine, full sized oven and dishwasher.
Comfortable living room with dining table to seat 6
Front enclosed terrace with dining table and chairs: the ideal place to spend the evening
Rear utility terrace
2 x bathrooms (1 en suite) plus 1 toilet
Sunny roof terrace with sunbeds and views over the garden area & pool

Air conditioning on the middle level of the house where three of the bedrooms are (the 4th bedroom on the top floor has a fan)
The living room does not have air conditioning however with front and kitchen door open there is a cooling through breeze
