We are a family run business offering a range of holiday apartments along the beautiful coast of Tuscany. Oasis is a stone throw from the medieval town of Campiglia Marittima, surrounded by 3 hectares of beautiful natural park with typical Mediterranean vegetation and age-old cork trees. Our self contained apartments are suitable for families, couples and your beloved 4-legged friends, or those seeking peace and tranquility. We have a large swimming pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, barbecue facilities and private parking for our guests. Trekking and cycling are highly recommended activities in the beautiful Tuscan hills nearby, alternatively you can head to the local sandy beaches and soak up some sun. Come and stay with us, we look forward to seeing you for an unforgettable holiday.

We offer a variety of studio apartments, either with private entrance or completely independent with small enclosed gardens.
Living room with double bed + single bed and open plan kitchen, bathroom and outside area with private table and chairs, umbrella and lounge chairs. (sleeps max 3, 26 sq m)

Tolle Anlage mitten in der Natur

Die Anlage liegt wunderschön in der Natur. Es ist nicht weit zum Strand, die Umgebung lädt aber auch zum Wandern ein.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Der Kontakt und der Empfang waren sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns in der Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war sehr sauber und die Pooltage haben Spaß gemacht. Wir konnten sehr zur Ruhe kommen, die Anlage liegt ein wenig abseits an einem Wald. Das kleine Städtchen Campiglia Marittima ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das wird nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt gewesen sein. Vielen Dank!

Que du bonheur !

Nous avions un logement avec le confort nécessaire sur la terrasse en face de la belle piscine avec une vue magnifique sur les arbres emblématiques de la toscane !La résidence a un côté familial et son hôte Stefano est très courtois , discret et disponible ! Une adresse à retenir ou conseiller !

Tolle zeit

Unsere Zeit in Campiglia war sehr schön und möchten wir gerne mal wiederholen. Auch die Unterkunft bei Stefano würden wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und der Check In hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Allerdings ist die Unterkunft etwas außerhalb von Campiglia aber wenn es einem nichts ausmacht einen kleinen Spaziergang zu machen, ist es kein Problem.

Une fois de plus charmés par la Toscane.

Nous étions bien placés au premier étage de la résidence, face à la belle et grande piscine, avec une terrasse de 25 mètres carrés. Stefano est discret et souriant , se montrant toujours disponible.

Posto bellissimo immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato al residence Oasis per una settimana e siamo stati benissimo: proprietari gentili e cordiali, posizione fantastica sia per il mare(10 minuti in macchina per raggiungere la spiaggia più vicina) che per escursioni a piedi o in bici, massima tranquillità in mezzo alla natura! Incantevole!!!

Sono appena finiti i dieci giorni di ferie passati assieme alla mia famiglia, composta dal mio compagno, dalla nostra bimba di 5 anni e dalla nostra cagnolina, nel grazioso monolocale del Residence Oasis. È stato tutto perfetto. La bellezza e la cura superlativa del posto, la tranquillità, la fantastica piscina, la vicinanza al mare.... meraviglioso anche il centro storico di Campiglia Marittima, a due minuti dal residence! Veramente una piacevole e rilassante vacanza. Grazie x l’accoglienza e la cortesia!!! Sabrina

Soggiorno tranquillo

Abbiamo soggiornato presso il Residence Oasis nel mese di giugno. Il Residence è molto bello e ben tenuto. L'appartamento comodo e confortevole. La piscina e il parco in cui e immerso il Residence incantevole. I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti e simpatici. Soggiorno consigliatissimo per rigenerarsi in un posto di mare lontano dal caos. Ci torneremo sicuramente con nostro figlio e il nostro cane.

sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage

wir haben unseren Urlaub in Campiglia Marittima sehr genossen. Rundherum Ruhe pur mit tollen Blick auf die wunderschöne Landschaft. Das Appartement in dem wir gewohnt haben war sehr hellhörig aber durch die eingeführte Ruhezeiten waren die Geräusche akzeptabel. Sonst alles TOP!!!!

What a lovely place

We really enjoyed our stay. It was exactly what the doctor ordered! The place is relaxing and the owners made us feel very welcome. The apartment was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was very inviting! We will be coming back again for sure. :-)

Extremely Disapointing

FindIng the location was the first challenge as the address did not correspond with the sat nav by approximedily one mile. The images on the web site do not accurately reflect 1. The number of properties on the site and 2.Range of the properties in terms of style and size. Our studio villa was far from expectations in terms of size, cleanliness and outlook. This studio villa was not featured on any of the images of the website. It's size was equivalent to the size of a single garage. The gravel forecourt leading to the front was part mud, part gravel. The two sun loungers dirty, soiled and unusable unless covered. The villa lacked basic kitchen equipment, the bed cover felt and looked dirty and there was a general smell that was part damp and part sewage. The use of the air conditioning systems was an extra charge that was not stated on the website. Rubbish disposal involved walking down to the main road and standing on its edge whilst cars sped past at 60 kph as opposed to what should have been a safer alternative within the security of the grounds. On day two I questioned Stefano (the owner) about the website and how both the images and information was misleading. Despite giving advice that updates should be made to the site he seemed reluctant to make any changes. As a general point the overall area, gardens and all properties looked tired again not reflecting the website. The net outcome of these issues and overall disappointment of our stay resulted in my wife and I leaving two days early and finding alternative accomondation at our own cost.

What can i say my first negative review after 20 years make me sad !! ......when Claire and Adrian arrive i see the woman very friendly but the man very unfriendly also before he saw the apartment...the point was that they booked a little studio but they want a big apartment with the same money and i cannot change them because i was fully booked. All the others things are just to color the review..example the Sat position if his Sat Nav maps is not correct is not my fault..i have thousands people arrive without problems every summer. To be brief if i have twenty-two 5 stars reviews of the little Studio and over hundred 5 stars reviews of my little Resort and just 1 negative review every people can understand who have problems in him life. I hope they will be my guests again and i will give to them a villa for the price of the studio so this time they will be happy and me also :-)

Entspannung in netter Atmosphäre

Wir hatten eine schöne und entspannte Zeit in wunderschöner Umgebung in einer gepflegten Anlage. Das kleine Studio mit Terasse ist für zwei Personen genau richtig. Kinder haben ihren Spaß im großen Pool. Für alles andere sorgt Marco, der den ganzen Tag ansprechbar ist. Der kleine Ort am Berg, Campiglia Marittima ist zu Fuß zu erreichen und wer nicht unbedingt Party und Disco braucht, kann einen gemütlichen Abend auf der Piazza verbringen. Eccellente!

Avevo già passato una settimana di vacanza lo scorso anno in questa struttura con mio marito ed il nostro cane e quest'anno non abbiamo esitato a tornare. Il residence , immerso completamente nel verde, ci ha fatto vivere anche quest'anno una settimana di pace e tranquillità assoluta. Spiagge bellissime e mare cristallino si trovano a pochi chilometri, come pure antichi borghi affascinanti e luoghi di interesse archeologico ed artistico... Consiglio senz'altro questa situazione per una vacanza piacevolissima e rigenerante!

Auch zu den schönen Stränden in der Umgebung und weiteren sehenswerten Orten ist es nicht weit.
