Les Roses Blanches is situated in a very secure, quiet neighbourhood, there is a bakery, butcher and small mini-supermarket at the end of the street for top up of essentials.

The villa has a fully functional office with Wifi printer/scanner/copier, fibre broadband internet connection and dedicated office space should you wish to work from home whilst your family can still enjoy their holiday period.

The property undergoes an annual maintenance programme of both the interior and exterior and garden area to ensure the standards are at the highest level. It has been carefully restored to maintain many of its original features and at the same time has been modernised by the installation of contemporary bathroom suites and kitchens. Such a property is rare to find in Cannes centre, just ten minutes walk from the Palais and with stunning views of the Bay of Cannes and the Lerins islands.

The 300 sq m villa offers accommodation on three levels. In total there are 7 bedrooms with solid oak or antique pine floors, 5 bathrooms fitted with superb quality sanitary fittings and fixtures, 2 kitchens one of which has been fitted with professional Rangemaster oven, Jura bean to cup coffee machine, 2 dishwashers, two fridges, freezer and microwave. The reception rooms have been beautifully and tastefully decorated and furnished with a combination of antique and contemporary furniture. The large garden provides space for parking 4 cars as well as out door seating for entertaining. A 7 x 4 m private pool is available in the beautiful, mature, landscaped garden.

Gorgeous property, convenient location & a very welcoming host

We were a group of 10+ people and we stayed for a week with multiple family events here and the property was very well setup to handle this. The location is super convenient for going on day trips - there is a bus stop 2 mins from the house or you can take an Uber to the Cannes station. Karon also helped us plan our day trips with ideas on places to visit, local restaurants etc.

A great experience in a beautiful home, comforable for really big families, full of books, plenty of place for small groups to sit down. The host is superbly helpful and always available to help. The location is nice, takes cca 12 mins to reach the seafront area on foot.

Very nice villa with great location

The villa is in walking distance from Cannes Centre (also for a 10 year old) and parking is onsite. The villa is spacious and well-maintained/renovated. The pool area is very nice too. The owner responds quickly and was very helpful.

Beautiful house in and out

Family reunion of 12 adults.....plenty of space. Beautiful restored home, private and secure, with spacious patios, and refreshing pool. Wonderful host. A bit far but manageable hill walking or bus to commercial and beach. Best part, boulangerie close by and amazing! This was our home base for adventures to grasse antibes nice and monaco, mostly by train. Thanks Karon!

Amazing location and incredible house

The house is situated just outside Cannes city, only a 10 minute walk to the city centre, which gives it a very relaxed atmosphere. Peace & paradise in a top Nice location

The Villa has an opulent interior design that oozes comfort and relaxation. Very clean. The outdoor pool is set in well maintained and very private grounds. Haven't re-charged like that for many years. During the MIPCON conference it was a great place to pull back from the frenzy on the seafront and have real quality meetings. Highly recommended!!!!

Luxurious villa in quiet residential area

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a beautifully furnished villa, luxurious and comfortable. The marble and wooden floors ensure you feel cool but the rugs and cushions stop it from being cold. Lots of scope for eating in or out, a lovely pool and the master bedroom, with its huge double bed, is stunning. Private off road parking behind gates. Reasonably close to the town but not walking distance so it's in a quiet residential setting. Great baker just round the corner.

Absolutely Beautiful!

We came here as a group of 12 girls for 4 days in June and were absolutely blown away by this stunning villa! It is just gorgeous. Great location, 3-5 minute walk from the bakery, butchers and local mini supermarket and pharmacy. 10-15 minute walk to the beaches and harbour! Taxis are extremely reasonable too! Karon was a fab host and we cannot wait to come back again! On behalf of all of us, Karon, thank you so much, the only down side was that we didn't stay longer!!!!

A truly stunning place

Les Roses Blanche is beautiful from the moment you enter the front door to each exquisite bedroom (the comfiest beds iv'e slept in) and the well kept garden/pool area. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery and cooking utensils and there's even 2 dishwashers to help. The bathrooms are immaculate with the best showers ever! The views from the property are amazing, sunsets on the terrace are a must. It's a short walk to the centre of Cannes for plenty of restaurants and bars. The whole stay comes together perfectly from the moment the host Karon greets you, a wonderful person who finds nothing too much trouble. Thank you, see you very soon.

STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL CLASSIC VILLA

This villa is simply stunning in every imaginable way! The decor is second to none and attention to detail is impeccable, this is a house which is highly maintained with love yet retains an extremely comfortable and relaxing atmosphere which is seldom experienced so completely!!! The villa is perfectly equipped and the owner is very helpful regarding every aspect of the holiday!!! as if the beautiful interior wasnt enough, the outside area is just as desirable with a beautiful patio where we enjoyed many delightful lunches next to the pool! the icing on the cake is that the villa is situated just a 10 min walk from all that Cannes has to offer!!! I, for one, cannot wait to return this year and hope to for many to come!

We had a fabulous 10 night stay at villa les Roses Blanches.

The villa was absolutely stunning. It had everything we could have possibly needed and more, and was extremely clean and well equipped with beds all good quality and comfortable. We are a family of 8 adults, 2children and 1 baby and found there was plenty of room to enjoy our stay. There was AC in each room which was excellent and the pool area was very convenient and comfortable on hot days, where we spent time together having BBQ’s and fun. The kitchen and dining room are perfect for meals at home. Karon and David were excellent hosts, and nothing was too much trouble for Karon, she was always on hand to assist. Thank you Karon and David for a great time in your beautiful villa! I’m sure we will be back!

Une Maison Magnifique!!

Our family of 11 stayed at Les Roses Blanches at the beginning of August 2015. To start, the house is in a perfect location, just several minutes from Promenade de la Croisette and the Mediterranean Sea. Staying at this house allows for one to enjoy the calm, quiet residential neighborhood of Cannes and the busy beach and shopping scene. The home is just a 10 minute walk from awesome restaurants, too! The villa, per se, was spectacular. When opened, the tall windows allows the cool breeze to flow through the entire house. The beds are so comfortable. In addition, the AC in each room and the pool were very convenient on hot days.The kitchen and dining room are perfect for meals at home. We will definitely be staying at this house again.

Stunning building, excellently appointed.

Had an incredible stay at Roses Blanches. Was the perfect way to spend my birthday in the elegant and beautiful rooms with a lovely selection of wines and local produce. My wife and myself enjoyed the short jaunt down to the croisette to hunt for macaroons in the sophisticated bakeries in Cannes. Very close and convenient for all the ritz and dazzle of the town but far enough away to have space and relaxation. The pool area is incredible and is great in the long summer for bbq's, entertaining and parties. Bedrooms were excellently appointed with snugaliscious beds and linen. I'm ashamed to admit it but the shower room was the highlight of my entire trip, a slated wet-room master piece with the kind of shower head that has you pretending you are in an shampoo ad. All-in-all a lovely experience that earned me significant brownie points with my wife. We will definitely be staying back at the Roses Blanches on our next trip to Cannes. The owner were amazing and made us feel very special and at ease.

A stunning homely environment with abundance of space in and outside

The photos do this place justice but the scale and detail of the house and it’s grounds needs to be experienced. We arrived on the hottest week and weee impressed at how cool the house was thanks to its deep walls and vast windows and doors. The multiple decks both near the kitchen and outside the lounge gave us plenty of space to gather. The pool is a sanctuary with loungers and tables and chairs as well as umbrellas for shade. We made the most of the kitchen and the bbq, 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges were kept well stocked. At night we used the air conditioning in the lounge as we sat around reading and playing cards while the kids used the family room with the TV. Every bedroom has character and the bathrooms are comfortable, we all chose our favourites. A big thanks to Karon and David who let us want for nothing, a charming home from home experience that we would happily repeat.

Best rental ever stayed in.

A real home from home. Key things you want when renting all top marks; extremely clean, extremely well equipped, sofas/beds all good quality and comfortable. The house itself is stunning. There were 11 if us and 2 babies; never got under each other's feet. The basement rooms although aren't as beautiful as the upstairs rooms and have no view, the upsides are a great shower room with huge shower area, a second shower room and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. Plus easy access to the pool from that area. Must say having two dishwashers in main kitchen is a brilliant idea and helped keep the kitchen functioning and uncluttered. Easy walk down in to Cannes centre but bearing in mind it's all uphill on the way back, just walk slowly. Also the house is on the right side of Cannes for easy walk up to the Old Town. Other local shops near by. Room on drive for our 4 cars. Also very secure property.

This is an amazing place to stay.

We LOVE this place! Les Roses Blanches is the best holiday accommodation we've ever stayed in. It's beautiful and immaculate, very tastefully decorated and is furnished to a very high standard. We enjoyed spending time in the kitchen (which is extremely well equipped) rustling up some great Mediterranean dishes with supplies from the local market. One of our favourite things iss the garden. It's very pretty, filled with beautiful mature trees, shrubs and flowers, and we loved the fact that there were three separate outside dining areas, where we wiled many an hour away, sat with our friends, eating and drinking in the sunshine and on the warm Cannes evenings. The pool area is fabulous, too, where we had a great time chilling out on those hot and sunny days where we fancied a change from the the beach. The villa is in a nice, quiet area and is just around the corner from the best bakery in the world that makes the most delicious bread, cakes and pastries. It's a 10-minute walk down the hill into the town, where there are oodles of cafes, restaurants and bars and also some great shops. If you're looking for a place to stay in Cannes, we can promise you that you won't be disappointed with Les Roses Blanches - it really is an amazing place to stay.

Trip of Lifetime

I wanted to take a trip back to Cannes (my happy place) and stay long enough to bring my family and closest friends to experience it with me. I booked the house for 3 glorious weeks and had my family, extended family, childhood friends, other close friends and finally my girl group come through in that time. It was a dream realized.We had a marvelous time going to the beach, perched villages and boating. The house is spectacular and exquisitely maintained. I am a clean freak and Karon must be too, because every part of the house was immaculate. I even checked the washing machine and it was spotless. I love historic homes for their charm, but especially when they have been incredibly updated. Our bedrooms have mini splits and were cool through the heat wave of the second week. The pool is a sanctuary, ensconced with lovely landscaping that shuts out the world. We did cook a few nights in the fully appointed kitchen. Everything you need is available, even ice for us Americans that have to have it. Karon is a dream to work with, she had tips on the area and put me in touch with an incredible caterer who came in and kicked off our first night with an amazing meal. The boulangerie at the top of the street was incredible for bread, pastries and sandwiches and the convenience store next door came in clutch for us. We walked down to the Croisette many times for dinner or to go to the beach for the day. I hope to be back to this house specifically, it was everything.

I have been living and working in Cannes running our family property rental business for the last 16 years. I live nearby to the villa and am available during all rentals to meet clients on arrival and to help with their requirements.

Why they chose this property

If you enjoy a bit of luxury, want a home from home; if you want to relax in the sun, have the occasional dip in the pool, have peace and quiet but still want to able to tap into all the amenities of the city centre bars, shops, restaurants and beaches, this is the place for you. We bought the villa in 2009 and spent six months renovating it to the highest standard. We fell in love with it the moment we walked through the front door when we visited for the first time with a view to buying it. We have tried to keep all the charm and history of the house as it's beauty couldn't be improved upon, from the stained glass window on the marble staircase and the original tiling in the entrance hall to the ornate ceilings and coving, we just had to gently bring Les Roses Blanches back up to date and to the standing it deserves. During the recent health crises it is natural that hygiene and cleanliness is of concern. We undergo a full maintenance programme at the beginning of every season including a deep clean of all areas, including soft furnishings, beds, sofas and carpets. In between each rental the villa is disinfected from top to bottom, the pool is deep cleaned and the garden and terraces jet washed .

What makes this property unique

This villa is quite unique in Cannes, it has been fully renovated with original features preserved, has a private pool, off road parking, sea views and is within a short walk of the city centre but is situated in a very quiet residential area. You won't find another one like it. The added benefits during the recent health crisis are that you can totally continue to isolate but enjoy a holiday at the same time. Once the gates to the garden are closed you are in a beautiful area with private pool in a secure and peaceful neighbourhood away from crowds with the advantage of having small local shops within a two minute walk to top of on essential grocery shopping.
