Brisa: Spectacular villa with sea views

This beautiful villa is located in Montgó, close to the Montgrí natural park and has wonderful views of Cala Montgó. Tastefully designed the house has 3 floors. In the semi-basement there is a garage for 1 car, on the ground floor you will find the area to spend the whole day: spacious living-dining room with a separate kitchen, both have access to the terrace with the barbecue area (portatil barbeque) and chillout, and wonderful pool overlooking the sea. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with single beds) and two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Two of the rooms have sea views.

This accommodation has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, clothesline, garage for 1 car and air conditioning throughout the house.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (400€) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
