DO NOT STAY AT THIS APARTMENT! THIS IS A SCAM!
We got a "bait and switch" upon arrival. I tried to contact the owner, Clelia, the person listed as the contact for this property multiple times prior to arrival. She hung up when we called and wrote through whatsapp - "Go to Hotel Miramar - and ask for Rachel". We did this and Rachel told us there was an issue with our apartment and gave us an alternative apartment. It was completely filthy dirty and old and disgusting. We brought her to see the filth herself and we repeatedly tried to contact the owner who ignored our calls and texts. There was pounds of hair and dirt under the beds, oven was stained with food and crumbs, couch had food in it, windows and mirrors were splatted with spots and residue, and the dust collection on the walls and furnture was so thick! We asked if the pictures on the website that we booked through were even real! Did that apartment even exist?The next day she showed us the real apartment we booked but it was dirty as someone had just checked out. So they clearly double booked. Rachel also said we could move to the new apartment but would have to be out a day before our original booking because there was someone else coming. We were so disgusted at this point we were ok with leaving early and staying elsewhere. They DID NOT GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK THOUGH! I am now still trying to get either the owner or VRBO/FeWo Direkt - to reimburse us the 230 Euros we are owed. This was the worst travel experience we have ever had.
