Check in was a nightmare
The day before we arrived, I sent a message through VRBO asking if parking was available, we wanted to rent a car, I received no return message until the next day after we had checked in and it still didn't answer the question, it just said I see you already checked in.
One hour before my flight and check in time I received a call saying they needed me to send a picture of my CC and my ID, or I would not be able to get the room. Very Sketchy in my opinion. They emailed me and explained I could cover all but the last four numbers on my card.
We arrived shortly after the office had closed. The keys were left in an envelope with a building name and number and the street name. Google could not find the address. It was a short street, so we walked 15 minutes to the street. We asked all of the locals around to help. None of them had heard of the building and that address did not exist. We called the number on the envelope numerous times with no answer. We finally started trying the keys on every door that went into the buildings until we found the correct one.
We loved the location of the room and loved the area in general. The room was nice, clean and what we expected.
Check out I received a message that I must have the keys back to the office by 10:00, so I rushed the keys back walking 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back while my family rushed to get ready so we could leave. Then I received a message that check out was at 11:00.
Place Great, Check in and out Horrible.
