There is a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area which opens onto a large terrace with views towards the hills behind Cannes and the sea. The Bulthaup kitchen is well-equipped with all modern conveniences.



There are three bedrooms, all of which have a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. Reversible A/C can be found in each room.



The apartment is on the 5th floor of a building equipped with an elevator.
