Excellent stay in Cannes

We visited Cannes for three days prior to boarding a cruise ship. This property was a fantastic place to stay. The owner, Serge was very responsive. The location was perfect for seeing the local area. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Stay, perfect host

We had a great time staying in Serges’ apartment. The location is superb and extremely quite, right in the heart of the old town of Cannes. With the sights, market, shops, restaurants and beach within walking distance it couldn’t be more convenient. Serge was very kind to suggest a few places to visit and offered to be contactable during our stay.

Lovely apartment

Nice accommodation, perfect for our family of 5. The 2 showers were a bonus. Friendly welcome and communication. The location in old town is beautiful but the walk up the hill did get to us some days!

Beautiful Cannes

We had a fabulous time! Our apartment was perfect and Serge was the best host! He went over and above to help us. The apartment was in the perfect location, so spacious and had everything we needed and then some. Would highly recommend this apartment! I would definitely stay again!!! Thank you Serge!!!!

Unadvertised fee

The owner messaged me the day before I checked in asking if I wanted to rent sheets and towels. Said it would cost me 80 Euro. I don’t believe this was advertised on the listing and even though we paid him, I don’t want others to have to do the same. Very strange as I have never had another Airbnb or VRBO require us to “rent” sheets and towels. They should both be included in the overall price.

Cassia Merci beaucoup pour régulariser le paiement du solde 458,61 €, c'est ce que vous me devez pour le non paiement du 2ème versement de la location payable le jour de votre arrivée!!! Le site de location Vrbo m'a signalé que vous n'avez pas payé votre solde de 458,61 €. De plus vous me reprochez le paiement pour le linge et les draps ??? Dans le 1er mail que je vous ai envoyé, avec l'adresse et les codes portes, tout est indiqué y compris les tarif pour les draps et linge de toilette. Explication : Le client qui vient en voiture n'a aucun problème pour apporter son linge et je ne vois pas pourquoi il devrait subir un supplément alors qu'il n'a pas de problème pour venir avec. Par contre le client qui vient en avion préfère louer le linge plutôt que de remplir ses valises avec des draps et linge de toilette au détriment de ses vêtements. Vous n'avez pas compris le prix du linge ? vous n'avez pas compris non plus qu'il faut payer le solde de son séjour ? C'est tout simplement de la logique. Si vous êtes corrects, modifiez votre appréciation qui me fait énormément de mal par rapport aux futurs clients et payez votre solde de 458,61 € Bonne journée Serge Amoros

Appartement très bien situé

Un grand merci au propriétaire de nous avoir proposé l'appartement vu sur mer suite à un désistement de dernière minute ! L'appartement est tout confort, bien équipé avec une super vue sur la mer ! Accès rapide au port, à la plage et au centre-ville mais prévoir une montée de plusieurs marches d'escaliers pour revenir à l'immeuble et l'appartement se situe au 3ème étage sans ascenseur.

Très bel appartement au calme dans la vieille ville

Très belle situation, au calme dans une rue piétonne et les hauteurs de la vielle ville. Idéale pour une famille ou un couple qui a envie de bouger. Il faut compter la montée sur les hauteurs et les 3 étages à pied.

Piacevole esperienza nel cuore di Cannes

Abbiamo soggiornato durante il periodo di Capodanno in questo delizioso appartamento nel cuore della Cannes storica.L'appartamento si trova in un bellissimo palazzetto, a pochi passi da un comodissimo parcheggio coperto e in una posizione perfetta per visitare sia la zona storica della città sia per raggiungere il porto, la Croisette e il centro più moderno e glamour.Serge è stato gentilissimo, molto disponibile e preciso nel fornirci tutte le informazioni per arrivare all'appartamento e ci ha suggerito anche degli ottimi ristoranti per le nostre serate. :-)L'appartamento è delizioso, pulito, tranquillo e spazioso, fornito di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno in famiglia.Ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consiglio vivamente!Torneremo sicuramente per il nostro prossimo viaggio a Cannes.

Un séjour très agréable

L'appartement est très bien situé, site caractéristique de Cannes. Le propriétaire a été disponible et accueillant. En cours de séjour nous avons aussi bénéficié de la clim. Une adresse à retenir!

Très beau séjour dans cet appartement bien aménagé et très bien situé dans le beau quartier du Suquet. Tout est accessible à pieds, de belles balades et des rue piétonnes pleines de restaurants et boutiques super sympa !
