Situated in East Sussex, just 30 miles Southeast of London, our Cottage is set within the High Weald, an Area of National Beauty. It is secluded yet offers idyllic far- reaching views across the countryside. It is the perfect place for families and friends to get together and escape for a long weekend or more.

The interior features spacious vaulted living room, dining, and a snug area with plenty of light and stunning views. The cottage is fully equipped, has an open kitchen and can accommodate up to 14 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the main house, and a separate studio that includes a further bedroom and shower room.

The outdoor space has been delightfully designed and includes all one could wish for – a heated pool and sun loungers, a covered dining area and kitchen equipped with barbecue and pizza oven, a hot tub, and a lot of space to entertain. In addition, the house is surrounded by a large peaceful garden with plenty of space for children to run around. Finally, the studio features another bedroom with amazing views and sauna to relax and unwind.

The location is semi-rural and has easy access to Crowborough (5min) with all its amenities.



House Rules: It's a quiet area. Be respectful of the neighbourhood at all times in terms of noise. Quiet after 10pm. No loud music outside at anytime. 3 decibels sensors are placed outside to monitor noise.
