The apartment is located in a privileged location just a few minutes from Gran Vía, in the heart of Madrid, just a step away from cinemas, theaters, shops, restaurants and all the tourist attractions of the city.

It is a practical and functional 48 m2 apartment for 6 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.



It is located on the first floor and the building has a lift. In the lobby you will have to navigate a few steps to reach the lift.



The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed of 1.35 cm and the other with a bunk bed, both equipped with portable air conditioning and electric heaters.



You will also find a comfortable sofa bed for two people in the living room and a television.



You have a modern and spacious bathroom with shower, bath gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the beds.



The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.



The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 6 people and other usual utensils, where you will find a dining table. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and iron.



The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.

Ask for a crib or high chair for your baby if you need it.
