Villa for 4 Sea Views and Lots of Privacy

This is an intimate ‘honeymoon’ villa with two bedrooms and a large secluded infinity pool. Located on the hillside, in Kalkan’s Kordere district, it has uninterrupted panoramic sea views and is the perfect holiday getaway location, be it for a honeymoon or just a relaxing break.
It is approximately 5 minutes drive from the centre, and whilst the use of a car would be an added advantage whilst staying in this villa it is only a 5 minutes’ walk to a couple of supermarkets.

The space
Entry is directly into the open plan lounge / kitchen /dining space where one is immediately confronted by the stunning sea views afforded by the wall-to-wall full height glazing.


The accommodation is all on the one level and is approached down a flight of external stairs which lead down from the villa’s private roadside parking area.

Entry is into a large hallway, which has a large full-length mirror and from which there is access to all the rooms. The large living area runs the full depth of the villa.and is furnished in a simple contemporary style. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa, 2 armchairs, Large Smart TV, and coffee table. Large sliding glass doors fills the area with natural light and gives direct access to the patio and pool areas.

The L-shaped kitchen units run the full width of one side of this space and all the necessary appliances are provided, including a built-in oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and washing machine. There is a dining table which seats 4 guests adjacent to the kitchen area from which the view can be enjoyed whilst partaking in one’s meals.

Bedrooms

There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, the double bedroom's bathroom features a large jacuzzi by a picture window where you can relax in the evening and witness some truly stunning sunsets.

Bedroom 1 – Master double en-suite with sea view jacuzzi bath, shower with glass partition, king sized bed, mirror door wardrobe, flat screen TV, air-conditioning, direct access to the pool terrace, stunning sea views.

Outdoors

A lovely outdoor space which feels very private, and full height sliding doors lead out from both the master bedroom and the lounge onto the pool terrace. With panoramic sea views, this is one of the best areas of Kalkan from which to enjoy those breath-taking sunsets.
The generous pool terrace with a infinity pool that is larger than average being 13 m x 4 m and the depth is 1.50 m. The steps into the pool allow easy access and also provide a place where guests may sit and enjoy the view.

On the expansive pool terrace there are plenty of opportunities for guests to relax, including a 4-person dining table, 4 sun loungers, 2 umbrellas, table football and 1 shaded relaxation area. There is a shallow area in the pool for non-swimmers and children to use under supervision.

The pool is secluded on each side by timber fencing, making here a good choice for those guests looking for a high degree of privacy, be it for religious or other reasons. The front of the villa will have a curtain system for those who feel the necessity to use it.

The villa’s rear garden provides an extra opportunity for al fresco dining. A stone-built barbeque, dining table and children’s play equipment combine to make a shady family relaxation area.
