Toupeira Wonderful & well furnished villa

Wonderful villa recently fully refurbished (2020-2022). Located on Areias dos Moinhos just a ten-minute walk from the centre of Carvoeiro, this villa is ideally situated for a family holiday. On entrance level there is a fully fitted modern kitchen, spacious lounge and dining area all of which are open plan.



There are multiple patio doors flooding the area with natural light and all lead to a terrace which wraps around the house with external dining area and a very comfortable exterior lounge area. There is a charcoal BBQ. For convenience there is a entrance WC.

Stairs lead to the lower level which offers three bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed (180x200) and the modern en suite bathroom has walk in shower and bath. The two other bedrooms have single beds that can also be configured as king size beds and both en suite bathrooms offer a walk-in shower. All bedrooms have patio doors to the pool area.

There is a second small lounge area on this level.

Externally there is a private heated (optional extra) swimming pool (10x5m) and surrounding terrace with plenty of space for loungers. There is an electric gate to enter the property and ample space to park several vehicles on the private driveway.



The property is extremely well furnished and presented, ideal for families or friends. The house is fully air conditioned, has the benefit of mosquito nets on the windows and has Bluetooth speakers for music. The beach, shops and restaurants can all be easily accessed by foot. Centeanes beach can accessed by foot in 10-15 minutes. This is an excellent beach for families with a good restaurant/snack bar and water sports/boat trips offered. The famous seven hanging valleys walking trail starts at Centeanes beach and is well worth the effort for the views of the magnificent coastline.

Within a short drive there are several excellent golf courses including Gramacho. It is also possible to walk to Vale do Milho which is a 9 hole par three course which welcomes all ages and abilities so a great activity for all the family.

Spacious, well-equipped villa. Modern, functional furnishings and high-quality kitchen equipment. Well-functioning washing machine and dryer in an own part closed areaAll bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to the pool. Two different outdoor areas on the terrace – large table with chairs and a corner with lounge furniture. All doors and windows with fly screens. Large pool surrounded by a well-maintained garden. Very well-organised service, reliable pool maintenance, garden tended by a gardener. Very good accessibility of the agency. Friendly and helpful service staff with quick response to reported problems. The following items should be provided for holiday guests. A small capsule coffee machine. A juicer for freshly squeezed orange juice. An egg boiler to save water. The service description for the cleaning service should be adjusted. Depending on the length of stay, the kitchen, living room and terrace should also be wet mopped for stays of more than two weeks. Bath towels should also be changed for bookings of more than two weeks.

Yes! The Wonderful Toupeira Villa

This beautiful villa has more than you could ever need! It's in a lovely residential area which is quiet and private. Our family of six were accommodated to the best level of holiday comfort and luxury. Each and every room is to the highest standard. The pool is fantastic, large enough for the whole family to have fun in, at one time. We really did have the best time Maybe a handrail on the steps leading into the pool

Beautiful villa in a lovely quiet location but within walking distance to lively Carvoeiro. Wi-Fi went down but Elite Rentals were quick to come and fix the problem. We chose not to hire a car and found Uber an easy way to get around. Would highly recommend

What can I say! Casa Toupeira was wonderful. The Villa is furnished to an exceptionally high standard. The outside spaces and Pool were amazing. The gardens surrounding the Villa are immaculate and having seen the gardeners at work during our stay you can understand why. They were meticulous with their attention to detail. We had the most amazing week and no one wanted to leave. We look forward to returning in the not too distant future. I really can't think of anything!

HEAVENLY - such a gorgeous home with everything that you could possibly want and need. We loved our stay in this gorgeous villa. The kitchen and pool were particular highlights for us. The pool was warm and the perfect place to retreat to each afternoon. Our family created really special memories here. The laundry area was fabulous and so handy. We had such an amazing stay at this villa. Beautiful place, lovely pool, great quiet location but in easy reach of the centre of town, supermarkets etc. also a great spot for exploring the local beaches- everything we wanted to see within 15/20 min drive. My teenage son also loved the air con inside!! Would definitely recommend a hire car and driving to Ferragudo for dinner- just gorgeous. We would love to come back.

Beautiful villa, with everything you could need. Stunning decor and gardens. Lovely pool which we all used daily. The restaurants and bars are about a 20 minute walk away and all up hill but we used Uber to get around as relatively cheap. Large supermarket about ten minutes away in the car and had a huge choice of food. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Highly recommend this lovely villa.

This is a gorgeous villa with easy access to so many wonderful things to do. It is very comfortable and has lots of different areas to sit in the sun or shade. The pool is lovely and the garden is so beautiful. We were a family of 5 adults and had space to be together and apart.
