Villa Rodrigo with a private pool is situated in the countryside providing a peaceful destination and lovely mountain views whilst being walking distance to a local taverna and ideally placed between the two resorts of Pollenca and Port Pollenca (10 minutes drive). This detached single-storey villa comfortably accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living area has Wi-Fi Internet, Satellite TV, DVD player, dining area, ornamental fireplace and patio doors to the pool terrace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Outside there's a well-maintained garden with a lawn, an inviting private kidney shaped pool, sun loungers and a large poolside barbecue area, perfect for lazy days spent at the villa. This is an ideal property for families/friends who enjoy outdoor living in the countryside whilst still having easy access to the nearby towns and beaches!

Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
