Villa Cuxach Can Paco is a charming refuge located in Pollensa, surrounded by the serenity of nature, but just 2 km from the lively centre of the picturesque town. This villa is ideal for groups of up to 5 people, with 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable stay.
One of the greatest attractions of Villa Cuxach Can Paco is its spectacular outdoor area. The villa has a refreshing private pool, perfect for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. In addition, it has a spacious shaded terrace, ideal for enjoying evenings outdoors. The barbecue area, equipped with a countertop and located just in front of the pool, offers the perfect space to prepare meals with family or friends, creating a unique outdoor cooking experience that invites you to share special moments.
It is a place where tranquillity, comfort and natural beauty combine, making it the perfect option for unforgettable holidays.
Information to take into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it, otherwise a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
