Welcome to Punxa Siquier, an elegant retreat with private pool located near Pollença that has been meticulously refurbished to offer an exceptional accommodation experience for up to 4 people.

This bright villa captivates from the first moment with its modern design and cosy atmosphere. On the ground floor, you will discover a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The living room, flooded with natural light, is a cosy space that opens onto an outdoor patio and the refreshing swimming pool, creating a perfect connection between indoors and outdoors. On the same floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with separate bathroom located in the hallway. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a cool and pleasant atmosphere throughout your stay.

Going upstairs, you will find a spacious living room equipped with a TV and several comfortable seats. This additional space provides a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy moments of tranquillity or entertainment. It is also air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort.

One of the distinctive touches of Villa Punxa Siquier is the charming fireplace in the ground floor lounge, which adds a cosy and romantic touch to cooler evenings.

Amazing stay at Villa Punxa Siquier

We absolutely loved our stay at Punxa Siquier! The villa suited the four of us perfectly. The villa was immaculately clean and the size of the pool was perfect for our children (5 and 3). The villa was very well equipped and was modern, bright and comfortable. Would definitely recommend it!

The villa was perfect. Spotless, beautiful and had everything we needed for a relaxing and happy stay. All communications were excellent, the villa was well stocked with all we needed and Wi-Fi worked well. It was very peaceful and we enjoyed seeing a small herd of goats passing each evening. Two supermarkets were a five minute drive and the beautiful town of Pollenca was a short cab ride away - or a 20 minute walk. Beach towels were provided and a much appreciated welcome pack. A mid week bath towel change was a nice surprise. We would highly recommend this gorgeous villa.

Good but!

The description of the property could have been more accurate. While the distance to local shops was very accurate, the location of the villa needs to be amended. The property was off the main road, alongwere difficult to navigate. The property was actually situated between two high hills or mountains which meant that the sun didn't appear until 11am & continued until 5pm while it continued for another 3 hours elsewhere on the island.. 5pmours

Naturaleza, calma y confort

Nordvillas nos sorprendió desde el primer instante por su profesionalidad y el cuidado de cada detalle. La villa estaba impecable, con una limpieza excelente y todo preparado para que solo tuviéramos que disfrutar. Pero lo más especial es la magia del entorno: un lugar donde el tiempo parece detenerse, rodeado de naturaleza, calma y belleza. Allí es imposible no desconectar cada amanecer, cada atardecer y cada rincón invitan a relajarse y a sentirse en paz. Es de esos sitios que no solo visitas, sino que te marcan y te hacen querer volver una y otra vez.
