Villa Belize combines comfort, a prime location, and the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday in Albufeira. Located in the vibrant Jacarandá complex, right in the heart of the Oura area, this 2-bedroom villa puts you just steps away from restaurants, bars, shops, nightlife, and only a 5-minute walk from the beach, with Albufeira’s town centre just 2.5 km away.



Inside, the villa offers a bright and welcoming atmosphere, featuring a spacious living and dining area that invites you to relax and unwind, with direct access to the outdoor space. The two bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, ensure restful nights and maximum comfort. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything you need throughout your stay.



Outside, the villa features a lovely outdoor dining area with a barbecue, free Wi-Fi throughout the property, and a private heated pool (available at an additional cost), ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Algarve’s fantastic climate at any time of the year.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the property.
Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum/multiples 7 night stay & Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season.

Perfect, quiet and relaxing

From start to finish it was easy and relaxing. It would have been good to know before time that we needed some of the basics, like toilet paper (there was one roll). The villa was cold inside but there were extra blankets and this would be perfect in hotter weather. The pool doesn’t get direct sun light so we’d recommend heating! The neighbourhood was quiet but close to restaurants and the beach. The perfect garden for a dog! Overall we’d definitely book again and were super happy with the service provided.

Alles war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt und in der Küche war alles da was man braucht. Einzig, dass alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist bleibt anzumerken. Der Pool ist super in Szene gesetzt auf den Bildern, in echt ist er merklich kleiner als erwartet. Das Beste und somit auch herausragend ist der Service. Sobald ich eine Frage hatte war diese auch schon beantwortet. Check in und Check out waren super unkompliziert.

Le logement ne convient pas pour 6 personnes ! Une famille avec deux enfants oui mais pas plus. Une seule salle de bain et un seul WC et dans la salle de bains !La piscine est minuscule pas comme sur les photos qui sont prises en grand angle. Si vous voulez vous baigner il faut payer un supplément pour le chauffage. Innaceptable
