Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. 👍 Apartment ist im Hinterhof. Leider roch es immer wieder nach Rauch (Zigarettenrauch) und durch den Raumduft nicht wirklich besser. Dusche ist sehr klein und mit Vorhang, der beim duschen sofort an einem klebt. Da kann die Vermieterin nichts dafür, das betrifft den Ort und die Stadt Zadar: Die Gegend ist nichts für uns. So viele (Kampf-)Hunde aber überall Hundeverbote (Bars, Strände, teilweise Restaurants …). Gefühlt hat aber jeder dritte einen Hund. Dann aber überall Hundeverbotszeichen hinzustellen, ist einfach nur Blödsinn. Da kannst mit Hund nicht entspannt am Strand spazieren, ohne das blöd angeschaut oder angemotzt wirst… Hier macht es sich die Stadt Zadar zu einfach. Anstatt die Hunde überall zu verbieten, sollte die Stadt lieber überall Kotbeutel und Mülleimer aufstellen. Sorry, aber nie wieder Zadar! 👎

Alles. Ob der Schmutz (Bett, Boden, Wand, Toilette...

Alles. Ob der Schmutz (Bett, Boden, Wand, Toilette und und und), die Defekte in der Elektrik und der Schimmel, alles in desolatem Zustand, auch Wäsche von irgendeinem Vormieter hinter dem Schrank, siehe Fotos! Parken ist ein Horror, kein Platz und wenn, dann ist er besetzt. Die erste Notnacht mussten wir dort schlafen, eine echte Überwindung. Das ganze nach 5 Jahren ohne Urlaub und dann sowas...... Leider kann ich hier nur 4 von 25 Fotos einstellen. Dann sofort raus und was anderes gesucht! Wäre echt schön wenn man uns den Aufwand und Kosten erstatten würde !!!!!

Nagyon tiszta, csendes, jól felszerelt, kellemes szállás, barátságos és rugalmas tulajdonossal és családias hangulattal. A szállás elhelyezkedése is ideális, nyugodt környezetben, távol a város zajától, 3 perc séta a tengerpart, 10 perc a buszpályaudvar és 15 perc az óváros.
