Casa Iommart with Terrace

Casa Iommart is a light and bright apartment near the centre of Sant’Agnello. It has its own private terrace that looks out onto surrounding hills and countryside.

Not included in the price, to be paid upon arrival in cash:

• Final cleaning fee 110,00 euro
• Tourist tax 4,00 euros per day per person for the first 7 nights. Children under 18 years do not pay.
• Late arrival fee after 8:00 PM: 50,00 euros.


Casa Iommart is a fantastic property for those looking to explore nearby Sorrento and the Amalfi coast, while also having exceptionally comfortable accommodation to relax in when not out. Based near the heart of Sant’Agnello, guests enjoy immersing themselves in the culture of the town with its numerous restaurants and shops. Fantastic transport links are also in town, so it is not necessary to come by car. Many guests of Casa Iommart like to make use of the nearby Piano di Sorrento beach which is at about 800 meters away and it can be reached by an elevator(for a small fee).

Inside, the apartment there is an open-plan living room and kitchen. The living room is large, bright and tastefully furnished and contains a sofa, coffee table, dining table for four people and a kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas stove, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, a toaster, an electric kettle, a microwave, a coffee machine and other small appliances. It is from the living room that guests make their way out onto the spacious terrace.

Please note that, on rare occasions, the owner may pass by your terrace to access her home, which is next door.

Casa Iommart is spread over just one floor on the first floor of the apartment’s building.

• Bedroom 1: contains a double bed and a TV and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. You access the bedroom from the corridor.
• Bathroom 1: contains a sink, bidet, toilet, shower cubicle and a hairdryer. You access the bathroom from the corridor.
• Bedroom 2 with ensuite bathroom: contains two single beds (on request can become a double bed) and a TV and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom contains a sink, bidet, toilet, shower cubicle and a hairdryer. You access the bedroom from the corridor.

Casa Iommart is stylishly decorated with ornate tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. However, it also has the following amenities and home comforts that can help guests enjoy their stay even more:
