Villa Caroline is located in a residential area of Vilamoura, 5 minutes drive from the centre, this delightful 3 bedroom villa offers you a peaceful and relaxing holidays for all the family.
The villa has been completely renovated and it is tastefully furnished with separate dining room and it is fully air-conditioned. The large equipped kitchen also has a table and bench seating for easy late morning brunch.
The private pool surrounded by a mature walled garden is the perfect place to spend the afternoons before lighting the outside covered BBQ for your evening dinner.
Kitchen: cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, electric juicer, toaster, liquidizer, electric whisk.
Dining room: dining table 8 chairs, air conditioning.
Lounge: LCD, DVD player, cable tv, sofa and lounge chairs, air conditioning.
Bedroom 1: 2 x twin beds with air conditioning.
Bedroom 2: double bed with air conditioning.
Bedroom 3: 1x double bed and 1x single bed, en-suite with shower.
Bathroom: full bathroom suite.
Outside: Private pool (8,5m x 4,5m), the depth is between 95cm - 210cm, and access is by roman steps, table with chairs for 8 people, covered BBQ, 6 sun loungers.
Distances: Supermarket (1,1km); Restaurant/Bar (800m); Beach (5,6km); Marina (4,7km); Sports Club (800m); Airport (25km); Train Station (6km).
Damage deposit: 500€
On the departure day the property needs to be tidy before the inspection by the Keyholder. The following items needs to be checked:
Barbecue/oven if used needs to be cleaned or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
Dishes & pantry items need to be washed or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
No garbage in the property or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
The occupancy of the accommodation on the day of entry (check in time) will be between 4 pm and 6 pm. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed in writing.
There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 1800.
Between 18:00 and 24:00 - 35 euros
Between 24:00 and 01:00 - 50 euros
Between 01:00 and 09:00 - 100 euros (subject to availability)
