The Space: Set in the heart of Belgravia, this two-bedroom flat is part of a traditional Victorian-Georgian house full of character and old-world charm. With original wood floors, tall ceilings, and large windows, the space is filled with natural light and carries the distinct feel of a classic London home. The apartment features a quirky split layout with an indoor staircase and simple wooden furnishings that reflect its historic roots. While the building shows its age in places, it offers a cosy and authentic stay in one of London's most iconic neighbourhoods. Guests can check in easily with a smart lock system. The flat includes a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, a portable heating and cooling unit, a washer, and a fully equipped kitchen for everyday needs. We also provide essentials like towels, toilet paper, bed linen, and kitchen basics. A foldable bed is available for a small extra fee, making it possible to sleep up to five guests comfortably.
Guest Access: To ensure a smooth and secure check-in process, we use a smart lock system. To access your check-in instructions, please complete the ID verification process.
This verification is necessary to guarantee the safety and security of all our guests. Please ensure that the registration and ID verification are completed at least 24 hours before your arrival. For last-minute bookings, we will expedite the process as much as possible to accommodate your needs.
Once your ID is verified, you will receive detailed instructions for entering the property using the smart lock.

Very spacious and clean! Location was within walking distance to a number of shops and restaurants, but the neighborhood itself was very quiet. Host was super responsive to any questions we had. Had an issue with the dryer and they were happy to send someone to repair on a Saturday night. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay!

Do Not Stay Hete!!!
The property was advertised with internet, AC and more. The internet didn’t work, the AC was a portable unit that was incredibly loud which made sleeping impossible. We believe there was mold in the bathroom and lots of dust in the vent fan. We booked for 9 nights and stayed one the moved to a hotel.

While we do provide high-speed Wi-Fi through G-Network, we are sorry to hear that it did not work properly during your visit. We wish we had known so we could have resolved it for you immediately.
Our portable AC units are provided to enhance comfort, but we regret that the noise level disrupted your sleep. We will look into quieter alternatives to ensure a better experience for our future guests.

Super sauber, dank des unkomplizierten Kontakes zum Gastgeber waren die kleinen Startschwierigkeiten schnell überwunden, sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft, trotzdem Supermarkt, Restaurants und Pubs in Gehähe, Alles bestens ….sehr gerne wieder !!!!
