Property location and amenities were excellent. The check in relying on technology that fails and don't give a personal pass to a person, is the only hitch to the process. I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, very safe neighborhood with easy access to tube and walkable to Buckingham palace and many shops and restaurants The fifth bed is best for a child, much too small for a teen or adultExcellent communication with host, would definitely stay again

Very spacious and clean! Location was within walking distance to a number of shops and restaurants, but the neighborhood itself was very quiet. Host was super responsive to any questions we had. Had an issue with the dryer and they were happy to send someone to repair on a Saturday night. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay!

Close to train stn. Very lovely area. Felt safe and secure. The host went above and beyond when we made contact. The place was clean and tidy. Overall very happy with the property and host. Thank you Adam! :)

We arrived late at night and reception buzzed us in. Flat was open and keys were left inside for us. We communicated with hosts via Whatsapp and most of the time they responded quickly.We were informed before arrival that there was a problem with the boiler at the original property we had booked, so they moved us to a different location. The flat was huge, clean, comfortable, quiet & with everything we needed. Lots of places to eat nearby, close to underground & bus stops, an all night store on the next block and lots of people walking outside a night. We felt safe. Beds were comfortable. Please note you will need adapters for the wall plugs because they are different than what is used in France and the United States. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Do Not Stay Hete!!!

The property was advertised with internet, AC and more. The internet didn’t work, the AC was a portable unit that was incredibly loud which made sleeping impossible. We believe there was mold in the bathroom and lots of dust in the vent fan. We booked for 9 nights and stayed one the moved to a hotel.

Our portable AC units are provided to enhance comfort, but we regret that the noise level disrupted your sleep. We will look into quieter alternatives to ensure a better experience for our future guests. Regarding the bathroom and vent fan, cleanliness is a top priority for us. We apologize if these areas did not meet our usual standards. Please know that we would have been more than willing to arrange additional cleaning services during your stay to address any concerns. Super sauber, dank des unkomplizierten Kontakes zum Gastgeber waren die kleinen Startschwierigkeiten schnell überwunden, sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft, trotzdem Supermarkt, Restaurants und Pubs in Gehähe, Alles bestens ….sehr gerne wieder !!!!
