“Appartamento Betty” is a nice and comfortable apartment located in a quiet area of open countryside, between the villages of Procchio and Marina di Campo, much appreciated by families with children, from which it is respectively about 2 and 5 kilometers. The long beach of Procchio is very comfortable, with fine golden sand and clear sea, excellently equipped with bars, diving and boat rental. Essential services such as restaurants, bars, pizzerias, grocery stores, bakeries, are at just 2 kilometers away in Procchio. Nearby the apartment there is a bus stop (at about 900 meters); La Pila Airport is at about 2 kilometers, Portoferraio is at about 12 km.
Apartment for 2/4 persons: this nice and cozy apartment has been recently renovated; it’s located at the ground floor of a two-levels house and has an independent entrance. It consists of a spacious living room with armchairs, dining table and chairs; an equipped kitchenette (with induction cooktop, electric oven, washing machine and refrigerator); a space with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons and a small bathroom with shower; a bedroom with double bed and another bathroom with shower. The apartment has TV and air condition; the furniture is new, modern and cozy. Outside, an equipped area with table and chairs to dine and relax in the countryside, The private, uncovered parking place is nearby the house.

Arrivals: check -in from 16.00 to 19.00. Departures: check -out within 9.00 am. Utilities: electricity, water, A/C and Wi-fi included. Final cleanings: € 100,00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Bed linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival).
