7 person holiday home in Løgstør-By Traum

Well-located and well-maintained vacation home with water views, hot tub, and sauna located just 150 meters from the Limfjord at Trend. The holiday home is energy efficient with a heat pump that allows for lower consumption. The holiday home is bright and inviting and practically furnished with a combined living room/kitchen. The living room has modern furniture, free internet, and a flat-screen TV with satellite dishes with German channels, international channels, and Danish TV, including TV2. There is a wood-burning stove for cool summer evenings or rainy autumn evenings. Kitchen with induktion hob, extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, whirlpool, and sauna for four people. The house has three bedrooms with comfortable beds, two with double beds and one with two single beds. There is also a loft with fold-out mattresses (for children). There is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. There is both an open and covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers, and a gas grill where you can enjoy dinner while watching the sun set over the Limfjord. There is a playhouse in the garden. Not available for youth or work groups. A large communal playground is located 0.5 km from the house, and Landal Rønbjerg (water park and playground) is 7 km from the house. Løgstør or Farsø are 13 km from the holiday home. Smoke alarms are also available.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
