Beautiful property with many amenities including parking. Great views of Funchal which we enjoyed on the terrace. Communication was excellent with the property manager. Unfortunately, the neighbour’s dogs barked and whined every night so we slept poorly, otherwise we would have given 5 stars. Front door lock also very hard to open.

The location was fantastic, the manager was fantastic. However we were visited 4 times by the owner unannounced including 8am on Christmas day. I have been a VRBO owner I would never had visited a guest unannounced unless it was an emergency. This truly was disturbing and made the stay stressful
