Splendid villa 50 meters from the sea with 1 double bedroom, bathroom, large kitchen with double sofa bed. Large veranda with access to a small children's area. The villa is ideal for those who want to spend their holiday in total relaxation, without traffic noise. The beach is huge, very comfortable, it seems almost deserted given the lack of car parking, and there is also an excellent restaurant
Villa 50 meters from the sea with 1000 m2 of garden. Direct access to the beach with a bridge owned by the property. The Villa has a large living room-kitchen with a comfortable double sofa bed, extra large fridge, oven and dishwasher; 1 double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Large veranda with access to a small children's area. ideal for those who want to spend their holiday in total relaxation, without traffic noise. The beach is huge, very comfortable, it seems almost deserted given the lack of car parking, and there is also an excellent restaurant

Das Haus steht am Ende einer kleinen Straße. Es hat einen Wohn-Essbereich, ein Schlafzimmer und im Bad. Übersichtlich und für uns traumhaft. Absoluter Pluspunkt ist die komplett überdachten Terrasse mit Loungemöbeln und einem Esstisch.Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler (den wir nicht benutzt haben), Mikrowelle, Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine und einem riesigen Kühlschrank.Von hier aus sind es nur 50 m zum größten Sandstrand von Sardinien!!! Mit einem Strandsitz auf Rollen kann man einfach den Strandschirm und das eigene Strandequipment mitnehmen. Für einen kurzen Sprung ins Meer gehts auch gleich mit nur einem Badehandtuch.Maurizio hat uns regelmäßig über WhatsApp kontaktiert und gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war. Auch unser später Check in um 23:00 Uhr war problemlos. Wir würden die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen, da man das kleine Haus für sich allein hat und der Strand sofort vor der Tür ist. Traumhaft!
